Such
is the way of life, aye, Bob?
May
your remaining years be fruitful, Joyful, Peaceful, Happy and may
there be many more of them.
I've
noted more than once that I regard Senator Bob Brown as perhaps our
greatest federal Statesman, who always carried himself with Honorable
intent and Dignity.
I'm
not the one to write of his achievements in Australia's political
scene, other than to say I came to see the Nobility in him from those
heady days of Lake Pedder in Tassie, and the Franklin River disputes.
It's
been obvious you possess Wisdom, and so it is in choosing to retire,
while you can still wander through your forests, etc.
As
said, the Greens have only to grow, and enormously because of your
dedicated and selfless input, they will grow.
Even
the dullest minds are coming to see the Wisdom of Green Politics, and
as the west's level of intelligence improves, grows, so do the people
realise how fundamental to life on earth, Wise, Evidence-based Green
political governance is.
There's
no doubt Bob Brown's Presence in Canberra and on media has powered
not just Tassie's, not just Australia's, but global awareness of
these most crucial issues.
He
deserves a rest.
That
Liberal leader Tiny Habit can only add weak comment on Bob's
announcement to retire, shows we all are still under threat from the
most severe level of ignorance.
Thank
Buddha Bob and his Fellow Greens Politicians and Supporters have been
there to bring things somewhere closer to the Rebalance the Earth
needs.
Congrats
to Christine Milne also!
The
Greens, Australia's federal parliament, and the Environment remain in
safe hands, guided by the Party's highly Intelligent People.
