My comment:
Such incursions
have always been inevitable.
Those who use Tor
etc, for noble purposes, need to accept that they, we, have to be a
few steps ahead of the corporate spies.
Perhaps the
"carrier pigeon" faces a comeback?
But I'd suggest a
global coalescence on the root laws we all live because of, and bring
together a global class action against all authorities who flaunt
those root, land laws.
Fundamental cases
can be drawn up, everywhere, and with known publicly available legal
facts, cases and precedents, each local group fighting these clearly
errant spy agencies and their religio-corporate
drivers/funders/masters, could operate without the need for the 'net,
and cover from the prying eyes of the psychos in power.
"Legal
facts, cases and precedents" known and refined by legal and
economics experts for centuries before the internet came into being.
As the old adage
said, "Don't put all your eggs in one basket!"
