Ferguson Riots and USA Law Reform

My only 'social life' is via a very alien Google Plus Conversations, and a few others. None of them are 'social' nor 'personal', nor really, 'Human', come to it.

But for the lubricating of the Intellectual and REALPolitik juices, I read and write to them, THIS type of shit/stuff/diatribe.

This e-ssay below in red goes to my thoughts about the Ferguson Missouri USA riots, and potentials of Martial Law there, and nationwide. 

 And, if possible, the better aspects of such a move, by the US Obama administration.

A few reports I saw tonight suggest still, that the Ferguson events are 'false flags' staged from above, by the DHS 'Dept of Homeland Security', with intentions of spreading nationwide Martial Law.

Can't know, from Australia, where your street violence is taking you, USA, as-per the latest in Ferguson, Missouri.

If nothing else, it might incline the govt to keep a stock of troops in the homelands, rather than dispatch them back to Iraq, and elsewhere, such as Ukraine?

However, frightening as it must be for so many Americans, perhaps - whomever IS inciting these riots and alleged 'racist' events, [questioning the 'racist' tag, only in as much as the possibility that someone up top or in the powerhouses, is using 'racism' as a means to start an internal 'civil' war, and perhaps, just to get Americans out and protesting], perhaps you need a catalyst like this/these to give the rightminded, in wherever, the reason to bring a larger, wider, wiser, deeper rearrangement of your seriously awry legal structures?

I do happen to know that there are some quite influential and powerful players across the USA now, who are very well informed as to what the Proper Laws are, and that they are absolutely necessary if you, and all reliant upon US trade and diplomatic and military relations, are to not simply boil over into an uncheckable chaos.

The Bundy Ranch event was, as best as I could discern, a 'false flag' event, for multiple reasons, by the feds.

I do also ask myself if so many cops and troops could 'conscionably' enforce with such apparent callous disregard, as they are there, in Ferguson, and down in Albuquerque not so long ago, without having a very good reason to agree to such commands?

Me, a cop-hater from way back, manage to accept that there are some, and perhaps more than I want to acknowledge, cops with consciences, and that they do talk amongst themselves about good laws, bad laws, evil laws and what they really do have, even just to appease and live with their own consciences, to do.

As the 'free-FUCK-EVERYTHING-corporate-market-place' is never gonna pull back on it's rampages of utterly immoral profiteering, and as this type of over-militarized policing is cowering the masses - usually - underneath all the hype and scaremongering media on brutal policies [although, they are actually NOT that brutal] and policing, it IS possible that the ones running the show, way above the street levels, do have a good intel handle on local, regional and global situations? And this, may well be but one tiny part of a bigger better, longer term plan, they've assessed and seen as absolutely necessary to implement? Maybe?

But, what do I know?

All I can put in is that those who are motivated to PROTEST, against any policing and brutality, as we see in Ferguson and such, gets their knowledge bases together on LAW - which laws are True, Right - and now, in this mad stage we're all tumbling into, absolutely necessary to have brought in.

If you're on the streets, because of that simple impossible to ignore "civic duty", and are out there shouting, perhaps your best, and perhaps your most effective chant, or signage, is to demand True Laws of the Land, and of the taxation system?

From down under down here, I call on all coppers to acknowledge if a protester is making that call, then they should be allowed to pass, or such.

And, make sure you ain't dragged down on a 'false flag' riot!

Come to think more about it - I reckon the feds are playing this up so they are called to focus on domestic issues.

I bet they do NOT want to be dragged back into Iraq, or anywhere foreign. But especially Iraq, IS or no IS.

When's the next Presidential election? 2016?

The last thing Obama would want, or HRC et al, or any GOP candidate, in the lead-up and campaign for the next election, is to be bogged down in ANOTHER bullshit war O/S.

So? Start a fracas at home!

But all-in-all, and with getting America on it's feet about it's own issues, you can rely on the sensationalist MSM to inflame it further, so maybe it can all be 'stage-managed' to the point where some SERIOUS reforms have the chance to be implemented - AT LAST?

Thoughts a few days later; I'm guessing that “Ferguson” and the spreading upsurges of violent street protests across the USA are being incited by the feds, but by a lot of interested civilians as well.

I put it that the feds have more intel on the negatives of American lifestyles than the US public get on MSM etc.,, and I put it that the evidence and the prognosis is bad, real baaaad.

I put it that the USA HAS to, not slow down, not change it's ways, but to STOP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, going the road it's on, in it's proud “all American ways” of freedom to be material over-consumers. The most over-consumptive nation on earth.

I'd say the people at the top, even many corporations' executives, who are in talks with the US administration about the big things, agree that you are in a self-perpetuating market/consumer 'firestorm' right through US society, and that it has to stop, and that there's no other way but to introduce Martial Law, nationwide.

I'd say most of the riots and deemed needs for increased equipping of state and county police to military-grade, is well-organized and does not have such a dark side to it as the People are thinking it has, at the moment.

Think about it, Folks? How else can America pull back it's growing snowball of commercialism/cRapitalism?

Y'all gotto try see the bigger picture, of how bad US culture is for the planet, and everyone's future.

I put it that Obama and Biden and all the Congress even, far right wing Tea-Baggers too, have come to see and possibly even agree that there comes a time”.

And, another take on it might be that, they too see that any change for the better, has also to come from below, from The People.

And even if it comes by street riots nationwide, and violence, looting, burning of buildings and [YESSS!] police vehicles, it will be the People doing what they should, and bringing down the 'freedom' of the oligarchs and plutocrats, to fleece everyone to Hell.

Then, once the feds have assumed, that-is “Resumed” control and authority nationwide, and once the corporations are no longer in control of say, local councils, states, and other PUBLIC Institutions, Properly Informed, Intelligent People, from the Masses, can be found, from amongst you, to fill the chairs and gaps in correcting the LAWS, of Proper Distribution.

I'd say there's absolutely no other way, for the USA, from here on.

From what I heard on the news, about the People of Ferguson getting to know each other better than ever, and in that are talking true about the real situation there, and farther afield, you are being handed an opportunity USA, like never before.

DON'T BLOW IT!

Me, living in my own little bubble, can't possibly see the hard truth about America's real situations, so grafting the knowledge of Proper Distribution into the USA as it stands, could well be ludicrous?

It works, from the local, UP, the national.

So, locals, “Think Global, Act Local”, as it goes.

Pull your heads in. Pull yourselves up by your own bootstraps, obey the police, and think about making the most of this adversity.

It may not be all as bad as you, or the media want you and us, to think it is.

Ne'ertheless..., and..., whatever..., I found an article about Astrayliarns getting out and PROTESTING in Sydney's financial CBD, in allegiance with those taking it to the HQ of corruption, the New York stock exchange in (or near) Wall Street New York, USA, and was inspired to make a comment on the Yahoo news site.

It's a sign of how fucked-over the world is, that no-one has yet got their balls and briefs together enough to take these types of crimes against everything to court, and have the governmental and political system hauled down to the gallows.

Probably something to do with the fact that most of our politicians also have law degrees, thus are in the same cloaks and beds as the practising lawyers and judges and magistrates and and and and......! coppers!

Very Inspiring to see some of the wealthiest people on earth, with the heaviest environmental footprint, doing something that is not destructive and overly-consumptive.

Indeed, the Americans of the "Occupy Wall Street" Brigade, deserve recognition by all US governments, especially by the police forces, and so do the rest of the People who have chosen to PROTEST at the centre of the corruption, in each major financial district.

However, as I suspect will happen to the so-called "revolutions" now at play across the Arab world, where they will be reduced once more to having been violent and unproductive affairs, ending with a massive boon the very powers they tried to oust, and in the end, nothing changes, we best do everything behind the scenes, to build the legal case in support of all these "Occupy" Protests.

Were Australia, and most of the world, as-it-happens, not such a joke in terms of having nothing better than "kangaroo court" legal systems, there would most definitely be an irrefutable case for the Protesters and their claims that the rich are in-fact, "illegally greedy", if-I-may.

Because, matters as the rude profits of the stock markets and the large multinational corporations, while often not clearly definable as "illegal", there can be no doubt that the greed and inherent psychoses which drives today's corporations and the upper end financial world, are in the least, "unethical".

It's clear also that their misbehavior leaves the rest of us next-to-no option but to live similarly unethical lives.

And, in the end, "ethics", and "morality" are what lie behind "laws".

Or, they should be.

But we are not in Heaven.

We could be, if the modern world United, and used our immense collective GLOBAL Legal Powers to build cases to present in courts all around the planet, the irrefutable evidence that the day's oligarchic elites and their multinational corporations are acting well outside any REAL Legal boundaries.

All Strength to every Group and Individual on Earth who defies the disgusting laws and policing restrictions that protect and enable the wealthy devils who're doing the rest of us over, for going to, and staying at these modern-day "barricades", like now in Martin Place Sydney, and NY, etc etc!

The world is at a crucial time, and it is our first Duty, as Human Beings, to make a Stand against the oligarchic tyranny.

Blimey? It seems I made the best decision to refuse to enter politics.

Having been “built” to play a leadership role in the ALP, I found out late, but had always been against that idea.

Not for the reasons this article, and the ongoing drama of who's gunna lead the ALP, repeatedly put-out.

But the crap Australians are hearing from Canberra and obviously from Sydney's branch, if anything, are bringing out the dangers and major flaws inherent in national government and leadership generally.

My main reason for refusing stepping in to any such role, is Philosophical, and anti-Christian.

Basically, we have all been hoodwinked by the most powerful religious cults on earth, into believing that leadership is key to a healthy nation, and, these days, to a healthy planet.

This is, when it's deciphered and deconstructed to the fullest, utter nonsense, and seriously dangerous nonsense.

As I've been writing for a few years, what the species needs, is to Recognise and Respect totally THE LAW. Leaders cannot provide that perennial stability.

Our very own Aborigine knew this, and have always known it to be so.

So, what we are enduring via our essentially agenda-ridden media, all of whom are dyed-in-the-wool Zionists, which translates as being the big cult whose aim is to put one single super-duper-hero messiah at the very top of the world, is a deadly scam designed by the world's right-wing, western elites to win and keep all the world's resources and power and wealth etc etc etc, in their own control.

They have been planning this since the wealthiest idiot in the world in the 19th century, Cecil Rhodes, and his cohort of upclub super-confidence tricksters from Britain and Eurape, dreamed-up the most evil and most hair-brained scheme.

But no doubt much of this comes from millennia of monarchs doing everything they and their sycophants can to increase their power and wealth.

That was a major part of what colonialism was all about. A race against their similarly rich, megalomaniac foes, in other “kingdoms” of Eurape, to get the newly discovered territories before the other side did.

It's just the way it worked-out that Britain was the most successful. It's no coincidence that Britain employed the most evil, ruthless tactics to succeed and keep the world's booty.

Anyone who knows about the underhanded character of the world's “spy agencies” knows that the British mobs MI5 and for foreign affairs, MI6, were and still are the most evil bastards on earth.

And that is precisely why ex-British prime minister Tony Blair said in the 1990s, that “Britain can no longer (not that they had ever) maintain an ethical approach to foreign affairs” (paraphrased).

However, moving forward to the 21st century, and to this dangerous mock-feud between Rudd, Gillard, pissed-off Sydney ALP branchers, power-crazy Tony Abbott, and a disenfranchised electorate, all struggling to keep face, and to keep the and their balls rolling in extreme and delicate and deadly times, I return to my above comments against the whole notion of “leadership”.

From my Outlaw Dysfunction position, like so many games played on us, and on me, it's quite likely that everything we are hearing on this tussle for the PM's chair, and accoutrements, is a bizarre try by someone very high-up, but perhaps tooo cowardly..., or too Wise...., to show their hand, to bring about a revolution in how voters and parties and others, govern?

I mean, all this just makes everyone sick of the whole bullshit game of “one-leader-is-better-than-another-leader”!

In that case, the spin we get earfuls of, is for the greater good, because it might get enough of us, but most importantly enough of our political reps, and senators, et al, and media, off our/their fatcells and make the changes we all now know we have to have.

And those changes are singularly, getting beyond all these foolish and as said deadly games of looking toward one single leader, saviour, fucking messiah!

Of course, in Canberra, sits the Cecil Rhodes' scholar stirrer and so-upimself-that-he-believes-he's born to lead, Tony Abbott, whose “mish” is to fuck-over the ALP, no matter what the outcome, as long as he wins the PM's chair.

So, if anyone is listening to this, they better stop listening to Abbott, and all his cronies and arse-lickers.

But how does we solve this feud?

I refuse to believe that Rudd was such a tyrant that he off-ended the ALP Cabinet completely. Clearly he has much going for him, in his clear-headedness, his language skills, and thus his affinity with the next global Boss, China.

But, whether he or anyone else really does have the right stuff to lead a nation through the future uncertainties, remains the, THE question?

I assert that neither he, nor Gillard, nor Abbott, nor Hockey, nor Joyce, nor myself, nor anyone is fitted to play that role, BECAUSE IT'S A LIE!

That they are all of the western mindset, of majority Zionist persuasion, as are all the western world's leaders, presidents, monarchs and others, DOES NOT MAKE IT TRUE, RIGHT OR FOR THE GREATER GOOD!

So, until the People, like the PROTESTORS currently shouting-down the concrete canyons of downtown New York, the “Occupy Wall Street” Champions, let go of this unintelligent and deeply dangerous delusion of waiting for a messianic leader to save our filthy-rotten-selfish-corrupt lifestyles, and accept that life, all life, survives because it, all of it, abides by certain, unchanging LAWS, we are doomed.

Make right the Laws, and we do not need leaders, nor any of the utter bullshit that comes with their inflated profiles, made-up by the equally deluded and church-hypnotised profit-oriented CRAPitalist advertising and marketing corporations.

Gillard, and while Rudd professes to be a Catholic, Rudd also, already know this. But I say that they also know full-well that the system is so awry, so warped in that deceitful direction of false messiahs, leaders, prophets, whatever you like, that someone has to be there to do some steering of the big fat and unintelligent ship of state, until the punters stop throwing their brains down the drain with lazy-arse falsities of voting every few years.

While this game is allowed, BY US, to continue, the fucking evil and fucking stupid Christian/Zionist media will feed off it, and off our lives, earnings and bones, 'til the fucking cows go back to Eurape!

Therefore, if there is not a significant shift in how people live, think and vote, the world will not be visited by any flocking messiah, no Jewish Clark Kent will appear and save you. Instead, a very powerful and very pissed-off Dark Cunt will effect the changes the planet needs, and because of our extremely lazy selfishness, it will wipe-out the vast majority of Humanity.

So don't even think about clicking on the online opinion poll button for or against Rudd or Gillard, or Abbott, or Jesus.

The only way we will save ourselves is by showing more than a bit of self-restraint.

Well past the time Australians got off their fatcells and PROTESTED in Unison with those Champions in New York.

So there is no real reason why there is this any speculation about “which leader”.

This, as the Thai and Fiji military know, applies globally now, especially now.

Seeking Energy, Unions Join Protest Against Wall Street

“Argh? YO!” in my best NY accent, to all “Occupy Wall Streeters”!

Fresh, Dudes! Fresh! Tha's the feeling I get reading about your venture over there in New York.

As the article (titled above) from the NYT describes, you've captured the US Unions attention, affection and perhaps adoration.

Choice!

From down here down under, it's a long time coming, for the USA Union movement to get some wind in their sails again.

And the article seems to indicate that the Unionists are listening and watching, and want to not infect the freshness and vitality that Occupy Wall Street seems, with it's more youthful component, to have.

This is very good news, to mememe.

And, I reckon, good news to all True Believers worldwide.

Unions are crucial to a balanced society and culture. None of them can be shitcanned for being dragged into the pit of modern commercial enterprise, and thus having to fight the underlying corruption of big money corruption, with, corruption.

But, as every solid unionist and anti-unionist knows, corruption creeps in wherever the fight for a piece of land exists.

That always has the effect of stultifying any Justice movement, and so, unions become as much as part of the problem.

Because of the need for size, in affairs unions deal with, charters and constitutions have to be created, which seem always to have to be kept as narrowly defined as possible, to keep something clear about their purpose. And that always gets “boggy”, and slows the vitality each member and small sector might start off with.

As most unions have roots in old times, as-it-were, of even just 50, 100 years ago, it's probably real hard for their hierarchy to keep pace with the changes of society, which are coming at us all faster and faster, by the hour almost.

But perhaps the most difference, is that today, more people, I venture to suggest, are skeptical of dogma, from any “side” of politics, and a far larger percentage of the populace have enough education, even just from the streets, and can use the simple tools of a more scientific mind to deduce economic facts from the hyperbola, which is, Wall Street, and it's mythological speculative, deception and confidence based marketplace.

With the “fresh” youthfulness of the Occupy Wall Street (OWS) Clubstas, and a likely greater independence from the older genres of union dogma and allegiances, added to the critical situations prevailing on local, national and global fronts in most all arenas - personal economics, government finances, and the environment, etc., the OWS is free (like any Good American) to use their intelligence and get down to the bottomline issues - issue.

Me, King Commo, I am, - a Commo!

But Capitalism has it's place, no doubt about it, and is, I tend to accept, part of our True Human Nature.

But it don't work - for long - if it's not based on SOLID Economic Ground.

So, use the Momentum You Dudes, right there in the Heart of the Free World, Downtown New York, to keep it clean and alive, but not with hype and confidence tricks, but with Science and the True Call for Justice, which as your President Clinton famously put it, “It's the Economy, stupid!”

Surely, even the American People are getting wary and tired of the combatative nature of unrestrained CRAPitalism?

New Yorkers, and every American who wants a better world and nation, who've taken the trouble to get themselves to downtown NY, and side with the OWS PROTEST, do so with the best in mind and heart, and so, as the OWS grows globally, keep the focus on the Simple, Clean, Pure and True Intelligent, Scientific approach to Economics.

“Jus' th' FACTS, Ma'am!”

Might be your last chance? If you, New Yorkers, Americans, can't shift the corruption apparently inherent in such as the stock markets, and put in it's place the Noble Science of Economic Law, then we may as well all do and deal drugssss.

Unions have to be a part of the Shift, and be prepared to move forward, to the more Holy Ground of the Scientific Economics of Land Rent.

The Unions should be parleying with the NYPD non-stop, to win their acceptance of the OWS Movement.

After all, the cops do the hardest yards because of the fundamental corruption of the Economic laws, so each and every one of them, should be right in there with OWS to let it grow.

Most everyone knows it, knows of it, but skepticism has us resign ourselves to the shithole.

All Strength to THE PROTEST!

You might not know yet, but OWS and it's partners across the USA, and further, is pumping a lot of Hope and Heart back into many many people, worldwide.

Seems to me, Omaxa bin Outlaw, that every Outlaw, every Gangsta, every Hoodie, even every Mafioso on Earth should be Supporting OWS.

As it grows, surely it blows that fresh head-clearing breeze over us, giving everyone the strength - the Strength of the Group, of the United People - to speak and think clearly about the Law, and Economics, without the fear of the bighouse mobs stomping us?

Progress, is about moving beyond the stereotypical cultural and societal models we've been forced, and led to follow.

Specifically, it's about going beyond the leadership models of the lost tribes, ever looking for THE MAN to idolise and leave the thinking to.

Get THE LAW Correct, and everyone can learn it and know it, commit it to their hearts, and are their own Boss, free to be Intelligent, - and - Wise - free from the shackles of ever-corruptible hierarchical social, cultural structures, and free from the ridiculous need to spend time keeping up to date with ever-adapting laws.
