More TELSTRA problems!

Here's the text I just submitted to the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman Ltd, on their online complaint form (http://www.tio.com.au/ComplaintForm/ComplaintFormS4.asp) on the ongoing issue of Telstra' pathetic performance and interference with the Australian People's right to communicate and express their views, complaints etc.

After filling-in the info boxes, the Ombudsman then asks to:


DESCRIBE YOUR COMPLAINT:

This is what I wrote:

I signed-up for "MyEmail", a "service" provided by Telstra, which notifies me on my mobile phone, of incoming emails to my Yahoo email account.

The fee of $7.00 is automatically deducted from my prepaid bill on the 11th of the month.

Since the 5th of February, I have tried several times to "unsubscribe" to this offer, so I would not be charged another $7.00/month, but an error (number 4000000) was displayed, and I have not been able to unsubscribe to "MyEmail".

I took the complaint to the Telstra shop in Lismore NSW. "Rob" there, rang Telstra via their own line, to "unsubscribe" from "MyEmail", yet I have had another $7.00 deducted from my prepaid credit on 11th of February.

I say this is interference by Telstra, for my online commentaries about Telstra's flawed approach to their business.

Thus far, I've lost now over $300.00 in phone calls, mysteriously lost internet and phone credit, and diesel fuel traveling to-&-fro to the Lismore shop to sort out these ongoing problems.

I put it that a federal government Inquiry/Review must be done into Telstra's shonky practices, asap, & into the veracity of it's being "privatized", for it is clearly ripping Australians off.

The Ombudsman then asks:

How did the provider respond to your complaint?

I wrote:

No returned calls (4). I called Telstra Lismore at 9:14 this morning, and am waiting for a return call from them, now 10:20am. (as I write this for posting to my (this) blogsite, it's 11.08am, and still Telstra Lismore have not returned my call.)

I end-up on dead-end lines, after negotiating their pathetic automatic voice services, from 13 minutes to 38 minutes, ending with being cut-off by Telstra.

"MyEmail" still operative, and a further $7.00 has been deducted.

It's not the amount, it's the inconvenience of having to submit these type of complaints, added fuel costs, wasted time and stress levels I do not need. I have a heart condition, to some degree incurred by the same corporate interferences covering a period of at least 14 years, from 1995.

Telstra service is abominable!

Lastly, the Ombudsman kindly asks:

How would you like the provider to resolve your complaint?
e.g. fix the fault on my phone today, withdraw [e.g. $100] in excess internet usage charges from my bill,
withdraw [e.g. $25] in charges for premium text messages from my bill, explain to me how this situation happened, etc

I wrote:

Is this a mocking question?

$100,000 compensation for 14 years of interference to my telephonic and internet connections, and a guarantee of secure telephonic and internet connections.

A federal police inquiry into the harassment Australia's foremost political commentator "myself" (no boast nor delusion, thank-you) has received over the last 14 years.

Re-institute Telstra as a government owned and run service provider.


Next step was to SUBMIT COMPLAINT, which I dun.

As to whether I get anywhere near what I requested, that is some “Customer Satisfaction”, I seriously doubt it.

Today, Australia is still run by the corporate-class of aloof “old money”, who ensure they are represented on corporate boards, share-holder lists and private and government policy-making, in order to protect the horrendous corruption THAT IS AUSTRALIA, and has been since the 26th of January 1808, the date of the infamous military coup against the English Crown's Representative, Governor William Bligh in Sydney, by one John Macarthur. Ex-sergeant of the British Marines sent here with the first fleet.

Anyone from overseas, who is not interested in living in a seriously corrupt and unjust country, is advised to look elsewhere, ANYWHERE other than Australia.

Naturally, as Australia is still relatively unspoiled by western, or Eurapean plunder and pillage, relative that-is, to their own continent's desecration, lots and lots of rich, young Eurapean adults are only too eager to emigrate here. However, as Britain and Eurape are the font of corruption globally today, and have been fighting for that “badge” for about 500 years, the spoiled youth of the 'north' have no problem coming here and ensuring that the dominant corruption is maintained.

To that, they are doing everything they can, including the abuse of the Occult, to keep OUR Country in the hands of utterly rotten FOREIGN authorities, private corporations and governments. Eurapean governments and corporations in-the-main.

Further, there are no doubt several networks extant here, one very much alive in Nimbin northern New South Wales (the first part of the Australian continent invaded and settled by Britain's “British East India Company” now known to the world as the International Monetary Fund or the I.M.F., a seriously anachronistic and threatening organization of Eurapean warlords), which offer, covertly and “inhouse” of course, rich Eurapeans the chance to circumvent our immigration tests and laws and visa restrictions to migrate here and become Oh... how unusual.... LAND OWNERS! As soon as they can, they drop a kid or two, and thus have a guarantee of Australian citizenship and permanent residence.

Nimbin, and this so-called “Rainbow Region” in the northern rivers of New South Wales, is thick with Germans particularly, who have come as tourists (“tourrorists”!), via the organised networks, “fallen in love” with an Australian, married and then, after a few months, find they can't live with each other, and the incoming (ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT) is “GAWN MAYTE!” to resume the life they REALLY came here to live- as typical abusive, racist Eurapean overconsumers, and, AND..., subverters of any and every Australian Social Justice Movement such as the Republic, such as Proper Land Reform, such as Taxation Reform, which would STOP the drain of our wealth and resources back to the Mutherlandenenen.

As Australia, but particularly New South Wales, is so corrupt, the FACT that those Australians who partake in this illegal immigration network-type scenario, (paid a substantial amount of money by the visa-jumping immigrant), ARE TRAITORS TO THEIR OWN NATION, has been of no concern to them. Most of these traitors, guilty of TREASON, are racist against Our Aborigine, care nothing for Integrity, Honesty, and living anything near an Honorable Life, or for doing any GOOD Thing for Australia in general. They are parasites.

If Australia does not get off it's collective “individualist” backside VERY SOON, and invoke a NATIONWIDE REVOLUTION against foreign greed and corrupt ownership and management of OUR SOILS (with Respect to the Australian Aborigine First, who ARE STILL THE RIGHTFUL OWNERS OF THIS CONTINENT), firstly with a Dedicated Push for a Republic, Australia and Australians will be reduced to the condition the first invaders, arrivees, settlers, convicts and Indigenous Peoples were caste down to, from day-one in 1788, and the horrendous first two centuries of occupation.

It is also brutally clear that the military here still have too much power in how the country is managed, and that it is they, who stand ignorantly in the way of Truly Progressive Government-thus-Society. Yes, as with all large organizations, the Australian military is split into factions, and the classic “left/right” political divisions abound.

I hold no hope for the head honchos in the A.M.F's HQ in Canberra to adopt a REALPolitik attitude, and release themselves from the hexes that the British and Eurapean monopolists have cast over the nation since the beginning. Hexes which now show themselves and their casters as dangerous to the future of Humanity and Life-on-Earth.

Without a serious push from it seems WITHIN the Australian Military Forces High Command, to break the chains of being a slave colony of Brit-Eurape, Kevin Rudd and his Genuinely Qualified and Concerned Ministers and Party Members in and around State and Federal Government, will be wasting their time and ours, the concerned and political Australians.

Land degradation will only increase, in the fixation to maintain supply of BEEF to the carnivorous Eurapean market, and disastrous monocrop farming practices will kill the biosphere's micro-, insect and animal life stone dead.

It is NOT an exaggeration to forecast that the continent will be desertified in decades if we do not STOP this travesty of mismanagement across the Land right away..... Chief.

I regard any of Australia's Aborigine as “niggers” if they argue and fight to keep cattle on their Country, because of the damage the bovines do to the Land, rivers, AND the air (methane farts, and breath), all of which, or have you forgotten Walpiri, Arrente, Pitjitjanjara, are parts of the ONE MOTHER to all of us?

If Australia, Black and white, don't get 'emselves ORGANIZED along Sound, Scientifically Proven Land and Economic Management Practices, your children and grandchildren will curse “SHAME!” upon you all, for what you will be leaving them in the very near future.

Clearly also, we are lost for the pathetic attitudes which prevail in our State and federal police forces, who, especially here in New South Wales, remain under the 'spells' of the tyrant-monopolist John Macarthur and his crap Rum Corps brutes, who buggered our chances for a Brilliant and Just, Balanced Nation two hundred and one years ago last month.

As they are all so cocksure of themselves, and that a bashing or bullet fixes resistance to their ignorance, I see little or no hope for Australia.

As for Telstra, I'm with the majority of Australians who would prefer the Federal government resumed Telstra back into government, that-is PUBLIC ownership. If no-one else will say it, I will.

Australia was seriously defrauded, DONE-OVER, SCAMMED, RIPPED-OFF by the demented USA/Eurapean BIGMONEY corporate incursions of the last eleven years. Eleven years of market insanity, which we now are bearing the brunt of in the global financial crisis, and the expected ongoing calamities which shall continue in the future.

A Just Nation, be it in Judiciary, Government, policing AND Community, would have no hesitation about charging the last Liberal/National federal government leader, John Winston Howard, and his Cabinet Ministers with "treason", for the travesties they leave us as the legacy of their warped and clearly WRONG policies.

Also, the same Judiciary, Government, policing AND Community, with some Courage against certain planetary death, would be doing the world the Greatest Favour, by Instituting a New Constitution of Equitable Land Distribution nationwide, according to the Ancient Principles of.... SHOCK-HORRA!? The Holy Bible, in Leviticus 25.
