Can immediately imagine Cheech and Chong rolling and carrying 4 one kilogram joints!

When will the upsidedown-badge mob of Australia's policing forces and timid judiciary come to their senses (get off the grog) and decriminalize use of heroin, coke, marijuana and the others?

The same applies, obviously before anywhere else, in the USA!

In the USA, where their President, Barack Obama said he wanted to employ "the best science possible" to contain "swine flu" on it's initial outbreak.

In the USA, where the same Principles must apply to LAW. Ie., Scientific "EVIDENCE-BASED LAW" in regard to Land, Tax, Cult, Drug & Work Law Reforms.
