the Google news, this came up from the depths of Bendigo, a central
regional city in Victoria.
The
reporter, Nicole Ferrie,
deserves a pat on the back for the article, and for giving the depth
to it she has.
Well
Done, Nicole!
I
urge any readers of my blogpages to hit the link here, and read
Nicole's article, because it tells a tale rarely described of how the
lower, “Forgotten People” underclasses of this travesty of a
cultural and “illegal” nation are left to struggle against
clearly overwhelming odds, primarily kept in place by this disgusting
and aloof social, cultural and legal structure.
The
judge, Justice Betty King, showed her intelligence, heart and
mindfulness by describing the woman's sad life in the length she did.
I
suspect Veronica Hudson's case, and fate, will not go unnoticed
across Australia's legal world, for both Justice King's and Ms
Ferrie's addressing and reporting of Veronica's life.
But,
one can only hope that media do not pick it up as good for ratings,
and instead, serious attempts are begun, by our top lawyers, and an
whole judiciary, to use Veronica Hudson's situation, past, present
and future, to Reform, to SERIOUSLY Reform, our medieval justice and
penal system.
Were
this a JUST nation, THERE WOULD NOT BE prisons!
So..,
this has to go to Rome, and Westminster, Den Hague, Washington and
beyond, for we in Australia are but puppets to their awry and
terminal disorder.
Last..,
VERONICA HUDSON SHOULD NOT BE IN PRISON!

Here's
what I wrote to the COMMENTS window
The
system made the circumstances that brought all involved to be the sad
cases they are, and died as. This judgement and sentencing of Hudson
exposes the utter farce and crime that the systems, cultural and
judicial, are. Obviously the judge too, is aware of this travesty of
our nations warped penal system. The judge should therefore, be in a
position to order not Hudson, but the system, to do every possible
thing to give her a break. Prison for the victims is typical of our
modern western draconian and unconscionably corrupt legal and, AND,
religious framework. Show your Mettle Judge! order the system
compensate Hudson and make available every possible means for her
remediation. Cost does not count, and a precedent toward rejecting
the dated folly of penalties and punishment, for the crimes of both
church (culture) and state (law), awaits this opportunity. I urge the
judge, and the judges fellows across our judiciary, to make this a
case for the people, mainly of course, the people the oligarchic
system criminally ignores and leaves behind.
