Housing 'crisis'

The Guardian a local newspaper servicing the SWAN HILL district in north western VICTORIA, since 1888. They almost tricked me, 'cause I 1st thought they were The Guardian Australia, our own branch of the Top Quality British Journal from Manchester UK.
Nevertheless, I wrote, to this old article....,
A? DERR??? And of course, the real estate industry is sacrosanct, never to be challenged as to the ABSOLUTE absence of Ethics in their approach, and in their utterly evil industry's denial of the dangers and malpractices in selling the mother earth for marked-up, advertising-spin, speculative prices, only ever making everything grown, manufactured, processed and sold on - THE EARTH - more and more costly.
Land speculation has taken many many "developers and councilors to court and jail, but real estate agents lord around as if they are royalty.
And..., the resulting, suffering business-owners, and residential owners, mortgagees and renters bow to them?
Are we stupid, or so corrupt [tautology] a nation/planet of cowards to not PROTEST against this fundamental perversion of our Economic Rights?
YES WE ARE!
And..., if
someone complains, like vociferously, in an estate agents office, the
agent calls the police, who treat the complainant as the
criminal????
