Personally,
all things considered, from 42 years participating in "Conservation
Societies" aka the Greens, observing nature, deforestation,
species-extinction, the science, and human trends away from harmony
with nature, I'd say this bloke is dreaming, albeit that I am onside
with the existence and work to now, of the IPCC.

cheapest and least risky route to dealing with global warming is to
abandon all dirty fossil fuels in coming decades, the report found."
So

People
just have to grow up and shake the oilcorp et al, misinfo on
Cannabis, and embrace it for it's industrial magnificence - bio-fuel

Kerry tries to redeem hisself, after being exposed over Ukraine and
the Palestine/Israel bullshit. Fair enough. At least he's addressing
this larger crisis with useful words!
And
the 3 biggies, USA, UK and Germany all complimenting the IPCC's
report, should shake little Tiny Hobbott's whiteguy-strut blindness
scales off, and get even the dumb LNP to embrace our Green Needs. But
it remains for the Greens to direct Policy.
Do
the IPCC also see the egomaniac anti-Nature citiphile aspirational,
maximum-consumption church-schooled nutjobs being behind this, as a
“fuck you!” response to being asked to live like sane Human
Beings? “NOT MY FAST CAR!” stomp stomp! wank-wank!
