GW Bush, or J. Assange?
Perhaps one of the 1st to view the released WikiLeaks video footage of the US military Iraq helicopter crew firing-on & killing the innocent unarmed Reuters news reporters, the question has 'loitered' back-of-mind since, as to who did wrong?
Clearly 'the fog of war' claimed any Intelligent & Wise decision-making of the US chopper's Gunner.
Nevertheless he, & his crew must answer for their actions.
As said, 'the fog of war' stresses us beyond rightmindedness, so the Gunner & Crew cannot take the full rap.
No matter what western 'law' & Zionist media makes of it all, the Pentagon, the GW Bush, Dick Cheney & the complicit allied command must also face a panel of whichever War Crimes Tribunal can hold an Impartial Court.
But clearly, this is Justice's biggest stumbling block, for of the last, say, 40, perhaps 60 years, justice has failed in such affairs.
But ALAS! 60 years?
More like since Moses' day!
Personally, a Truly Just verdict is only to be properly-found in a panel of the likes of Australia's, or any Aboriginal Elders, as-opposed to any court of today's Eurapean, British or American 'departments'.
But as Swedish lawyers-with-'issues' backed by Lawyers-sans-Honor, insist on pursuing Julian Assange because of his Fearless Honor in trying to remove the dishonorable silence of modern warfare, Impartial Law must take the case beneath the questions of guilt or otherwise of the Gunner, & of Assange.
Clearly, since 2000, the legitimacy of the GW Bush/R Cheney administration has been avoided, by all-&-any judiciary.
But few, of any Senior Counsel, privately, deny the invalidity of the 2000 US Presidential election, thus the illegitimacy of those who ordered that Iraq be invaded from 2003-on.
Therefore, it becomes imperative that arrest warrants be issued for those who set the scene for the US Gunner to make the fatal error of judgement when he mistook the Reuter's cameraman's camera for an RPG weapon, & thus for WikiLeaks & Julian Assange to Righteously expose that crime, & the war crimes in Iraq before & since.
ARREST MOSES!
Further to the facts, it would seem Proper, that those pursuing Assange, &/or their chief justice, perhaps the Swedish Attorney General, be issued warrants, to answer questions relating to the veracity of the charges & warrant against Mr Assange.
For it is a thin disguise that he is being 'persecuted' as an alleged sex-offender.
If Mr Assange is extradited to Sweden on these weak allegations, clearly to disempower WikiLeaks' & Justice generally, & the British justice system acquiesces, then Britain fails totally as a global authority & bastion for a Just world.
As surety against Mr Assange being kidnapped & sent to the USA, to face a blatantly corrupt tribunal on charges condemning him & WikiLeaks for challenging the unashamedly wicked GW Bush administration's war-mongering, warrants should be issued against the Swedish Chief Prosecutor, to be extradited to England, & for him/her to be held in porridge until the cases against Assange are done, & his freedom from incarceration in any US facility is ensured.
But, at the same time, ie., PRONTO, warrants must be issued for the arrest of US ex-President GW Bush, ex-Vice President Richard Cheney, & ex-Secretary for Defence Donald Rumsfeld, for their parts in setting the scene, based on unforgivably flawed intelligence, for the 2003 US invasion of Iraq, thus the deaths by US-fire of the Reuters news team & innocent Iraqi adults & children as seen in the military (chopper's) video footage.
Perhaps slow rendition of all (except Assange) via Nigeria, Zimbabwe, Palestine & Haiti would clear the fog from their un-illumined minds?
