Earth's journalists, coppers and politicians cannot let the Murdoch media estate escape Justice!
Felt a bit 'tickled' this arvo. No harassment from curious cats or dirt bikes, but a storm is coming from the west, my water tells me.
Hitting the Go Ogle news page late, I wandered off to the News of the World saga, and then scribed the following and posted it in The Guardian UK's comments section 'open thread'.
I just read on Reuters, about Rupert's 2-I-C 'Hinton' possibly taking the fall.
They've been close for some 50 years!
So who's up who and who's being paid too much? (Power corrupts... Absolute power corrupts absolutely...)
Murdoch cannot escape culpability for these unethical practices, which I think we all know, are of the kind that have been fundamental to mainstream (Fleet Street) journalism for more than a few generations.
maxearth.blogspot.com allows no PC excuses for this type, this typical behaviour of corporate capitalism, going to the underlying fact, that the competitive marketplace, whether in commercial journalism or in mining or tobacco or real estate corporations, etc etc., rely on absolutely filthy activities behind the smiling-devils who front the businesses.
That powerbrokers like the Murdoch media cabal have all politicians dead-scared of bad press, if they play a straight-bat, means everyone has to bight the bullet and talk true.
But where to begin? Capitalism and everyone's enforced need to compete minute-by-minute makes dogs of us all, so much so that no-one can see, visualize or imagine a world without war, so none of us can transcend the lowly attitudes necessary to get-by.
This should be what 'leaders' guide us through and beyond.
But from local mayors, through PMs, Presidents, Pontiffs, underworld 'Godfathers' to monarchs, they too, are all drowning in corruption, and with Murdoch's type holding too much influence, they're all drowning in cowardice.
But Murdoch's only playing the game the way the game has evolved.
An 'Amnesty Tribunal', which has the power however, to subpena (?) anyone, and, in such a critical situation, everyone, near the top of the pyramid-of-power, should be the call, methinks?
PM Cameron, already implicated, as far as I see it, has still (a Duty) to lead, and break the hexes that have everyone caught, too afraid for their own welfare, to speak, even if it means the loss of his own chair, and loss of his party's government.
But, hey, Hinton's wife, Kath, is a former aide to Gordon Brown!
So there's no high ground for Milliband to stand-on either.
Both Cameron and Milliband (and Clegg) have the highest duty and responsibility to act in unison and establish a no-holes-barred Amnesty Tribunal, to get the nation, and the world, beyond this crap, and every-deceitful-thing that is both behind it and above it.
Coppers are right-in-there, as are most every other security service.
But Murdoch and covens have also to be subpena-ed, and given no cushy treatment whatsoever.
Britain, the USA and all points-east of the Canary Islands have here an opportunity to finally act with Maturity, and get-over the bullshit of the last 500, 2000 years.
Too big an ask? Probably........ But that's my job.
If the Proper action is not forthcoming, BY OUR LEADERS, we all continue down the slide to utterly farcical and genocidal BULLSHIT politics and commerce. I.e., an apocalyptic planet.
But has Britain got the balls?
Can't see QE2 doing it.
