Where's the "C"-word???

It's interesting that with all the media coverage and nearly all-pervading news and commentary about the current global financial crisis (GFC), I, in my labour-of-love work of watching global political (or the “shopfront” of global economic and cultural) events and commenting (on my blog “www.maxearth.blogspot.com”) about it all, I have not once heard.... not the “R”-word or the “D”-word, but the “C”-word - “CORRUPTION”?
But maybe it – corruption - is such an accepted part of it all, to the media and to my accustomed ears, that the “C”-word just glides right through unnoticed?
But before I dig into that unspeakable “C”-thought, briefly, I wanna break apart the “stereotypes” we are used to in “politics” today.
By “shopfront”, as I used in the first paragraph, I mean that most all of the “show of politics” as has grown these last 500 years out of England, maybe beginning with the Galant Oliver Cromwell's attempt to bring some Fairness and Equity into the otherwise abominable social conditions and Human contracts of the day there, where he and his Warriors sought to reduce the stranglehold the “Lairds” and Lords and Barons had over the Land, “the show of politics” has in-the-main been but the “tip-of-the-iceberg”, or, searching for a more fitting analogy, the mere surface or superficial display, the overt diplomatic fight for a more Just Land. As was the case in Cromwell's attempts to arrest the inequity, the lords on the right of the house, were reluctant players, reluctant to give anything at all to the “peasants”, let-alone any of their oh-so-precious asset – the LAND – to the Masses, the “heathens” and “lowlifes” of their country.
But, as we see in England, as often, time passed the “Titles” over to “alien” or foreign noblemen, who'd married-in to the English aristocracy, or who had won sizeable chunks of Land for some favor or other they'd done for the King or Queen of the day. Indeed, this is near-enough the case today in England, for the current Queen is of German descent, and of course, the not-quite-King, Prince Phillip, is Greek!
(This of course, must beg the question: “Why on Earth are the British so “precious” about their foreign monarchy???)
I recall hearing of one such favor, where the bloke who “held the horse” (for I think it wuz) a Queen of England, was granted some sizey chunk of Land? Must have been the way he held his......
To my mind, politics, or “parliaments” as we have come to know them, are but fora for the dispossessed, ie., the majority, to put cases and calls to the pomposs landowning elites, to relingquish their grip on the “source of production” – the Land – and thus, the means of producing a Balanced and Secure life, for oneself and for one's family and Clan.
These fora we watch with mixed interest today, have mostly grown from the People's dissatisfaction with their lot-plural, or Collective, who, because of brutal policing, or starvation etc., have been forced to revolt against the dominant (and it must be said 'ignorant') hegemony. Civil wars are usually of the same cause, and victories brought hard-won concessions from the hierarchy in the form of beginning “dialogue” with the Masses' representatives like Oliver Cromwell and his successors. The places where these forced and hyperbolic “dialogues” took place are our parliament houses.
Rarely have the bighouse mob – the elite – given-ground willingly, for it is the last thing they wanted to do – that-is, to give-the-sucker-an-even-break.
In regard to the initiative for this E-ssay, CORRUPTION – one is brought to ask whether it is/was corruption of any “first rules” or “Original Laws” which had such uneven, inequitable and unjust Laws and statutes prevail for a bunch of tribal leaders, or their descendents, the Lairds et al, to assume control of the lands, and of the armies to police them. Thus, of the People.
It's important to notice, that since time-immemorial, and even in this the “21st century” (surely an anachronistic marker of time nowadays?!) most of the military forces on Earth have been, and are in Truth but “private armies”. Like the global bigdog “British East India Company” of the 17th, 18th, 19th and 20th centuries, who wrought havoc throughout central Asia, south-east Asia, China, Australia and anywhere-else they plundered, their enormous private company's armies, have done-so under the orders of those elite punses way-up-there in the castles and palaces of private business enterprizes, ruling warlords, usually descendents of the Chieftains of several centuries ago. Always, they have had power over the armies and other military because they had an iron-grip over who could settle and live on “THEIR” Land.
What's not talked about however, is the extent to which these Lords of the upper classes employed their black, occult powers over the armies, and over the Peoples to maintain subjugation and obedience.
And always, there have been a bunch of immoral maggots (today's coppers), who were willing, for “thirty-pieces-of-silver”, to do the brutal dirty work of clearing the Peoples off their Traditional Ancestral Lands.
Today, in places like Afghanistan, Britain, Eurapean nations, the USA, Australia and others, have military involvement purely because an horrendously corrupt (ie., rules-for-the-rich) worldwide set of drug laws prevail, making a brilliant medicine, and an also Wonderful and pleasurable relaxant – opium (the source of enormous income for the global western, that-is PRIVATE Eurapean elite), illegal for the masses to acquire and use. The Brit-Eurapean PRIVATE elite, including at-the-forefront, the catholic church, were the first to capitalize on that medicine, but as their influence spread, today each nation has it's own class of “princelings”, as the superrich Chinese of today are known, who live-on the blood-sweat-and tears of, and ride over the backs of the majority, because of those corrupt drug and other laws.
Today, in February 2009, as government committees in Britain, the US., and other nations interview banking and corporate CEOs et al to assess the causes of, the guilt for, likely repercussions from, and possible solutions to, all this financial chaos, and as the big electronic media of ABC, FOX, BBC and CNN are almost fanatical about covering it all (bad news is good news for media), it does seem that there is a deafening silence about the “C” word?
Well, one possible explanation is that the whole rotten barrel of global, international and national finance is rotten to the core (or should that be “rotten FROM the core...”?) with corruption!
Who would disagree? You can be sure that publicly, passed politicians such as John Howard, Peter Costello, George Bush, Dick Cheney, Helmut Kohl, Maggie Thatcher and their ilk would “not see it that way”. The irrascible rogue, the Australian ex-politician, ex-Prime Minister Paul Keating I'm sure would be a lot more “upfront” on that word, and so, I'm sure, would most all the ex-Members of the 1972-75 Whitlam Labor government.
Australians of age enough to vote in the 1970s would more than likely remember the (Honorable!) attempts by the federal Whitlam ALP government to raise funds from sources other than the bigdog of global corruption – the International Monetary Fund, the IMF – as was exposed in the mediated 'infamous' “Kemlani affair”.
That “affair”, as I recall (then a naïve 20 year-old, who'd gone to England on a one-way ticket to escape an insane Australian culture and an even more insane catholic convent-raised mother, and who then, had NO interest in politics) was what brought down Whitlam's noble attempts to make Australia a less beggaredly nation. But I'm open to correction there.
As it goes in politics, if you admit to such realities while you are in government, you shoot yourself and your hopes of a smooth term in office in the foot, patella and crutch, bring stock markets tumbling down and are ushered from power with a swift kick up the backdoor.
Possibly much the same way as we saw when “The Great Gough” (Whitlam) was illegally sacked by the now deceased and certainly infamous Australian Governor-General “Sir” John Kerr. I don't remember if Kerr had received his “British” knighthood before or after the 11th November 1975, the day of the sacking (“Kerr's curr!), but, again, as-it-goes, what with the British Monarchy sitting high on the tree of global corruption, for about one hundred and fifty years prior to 1975, it's probable Kerr was given the knighthood (or “the gong” as we call them here), AFTER he had done the monarch's dirty-work of sacking Whitlam and his Mob for daring to buck the IMF, pro-Brit-Eurapean established system of utter corruption?
So, the evidence is very-much “out-there” that the planet's financial webs ARE rotten with corruption. An excellent reference for such assertions was given to me in about 2004, some 20 years after it's publication (always the last to know!), in the book compiled by the USA's “Executive Intelligence Review” who are somehow connected with the “outsider” US politician “Lyndon La Rouche”, who is somewhere connected to a mob called “Citizen's Electoral Council”.
The book, “Dope Inc. Boston Bankers and Soviet Commissars”, (published by “New Benjamin Franklin House” of New York, in 1986) details what may appear frightening facts about the planet's history of financial corruption, going back centuries to the likes of the Scot “Robert the Bruce” and his “Freemason's” war against the catholic church, and against the English monarchy. It covers in enough detail, much of the events which shaped today's financial moguls' power bases, how they were orchestrated, what skullduggery they got up to, even the involvement of “extraterrestrials” and a worldwide network of “Terrorist organisations” through to the Zionists who cungered the idea of today's Israel.
The theme of the book, if I may, was that corruption is rampant and has been near-as forever in the world of big money.
Personally, I have my own thoughts on corruption, which put the case that it is the LAWS which are corrupted, and not always with deliberate criminal intentions, and that it is not so much the “nature” of the species Homo Sapiens which is corrupt inherantly (as the Christians would put), but that the species is forced to ascribe to corruption, just to survive. This of course, begs the question, “Laws are written by men, and so someone must have had corrupt intentions to write corrupt laws in the first place. Who was it?”
Ummm.... Goood Question......
My point was more in the now, rather than spending time digging too far back in history to find the FIRST culprit, even though in another mood, or arging other cases, I insist that we DO go back in time to root out the origins of man's dysfunctional behaviour today.
So! If the modern world is rotten with corruption, why can the media and government's not admit it and say so?
Have you ever spoken out of place, on similar issues and received a kick in the teeth for doing so?
I have. An uncountable number of times. Mostly by the New South Wales and Victorian police. Sadly though for an Outlaw like meself, it rarely shuts-me-up, and I invariably hit back, with words, be it striking through the media, the courts, or through the assailant's egotrip. Most of the time, I hit home, but always at some expense to my wallet, my body, my mind and/or my ego, but mostly to my will to live. Most of the time, my verbal explosions chip a little more away from the delusions most white people swim in.
So, like the Telstra shop assistant who lied to me yesterday about a little bit of business he and I were trying to sort out with my mobile phone account, he was given no option but to lie to me, to prevent me taking the unresolved rip-off by Telstra any higher. But that's an whole 'nother issue.
He was told to lie. If he didn't he would have thwarted every chance he had of progressing up the employment ladder.
So it is in bigmoney global finance.
Lies, lies, and more damn CORRUPTION.
As corruption therefore, is the order of the downfalling day, and pervades most all of our goings-on, is it not now, that we might be able to talk about it, from the local levels, often where it becomes most threatening, through to the big media levels of the ABC, BBC, CNN, etc?
OH! Then there's “religious corruption”?
Not as much another issue as we might think, once we see where most of the most corrupt CEO's et al, had their indocrintation-er-education. (See one of my most recent weblogs: ”Obama's CEOs” Google “Omaxa bin Eartha”)
But then...., there are examples such as the Australian State of “New South Wales”, and it's endemic corruption......?
Getting to the bones of corruption in NSW, we find that all of it comes from overseas. Principly from OH! Britain and Eurape! (Same place all our fourth-dimensional “aliens” are cungered!)
In the Orders which came out to Australia with the First Fleet in 1788, there were strict and clear laws to be followed as to the distribution of Land to the new arrivals, AND to the Indigenous Aborigine, but due to an already long-corrupt swag of rogues employed in the incoming British military, one Sergeant John Macarthur in the lead, those laws were buried in the 1808 “Rum Rebellion”.
There, Macarthur, already running several illegal schemes in the new colony (rum, just one of them), employed all his lowly powers to subvert a Just government into one run by ruthless, totally uncivilized heathens, shall-we-say, who were drunk with rum and corruptly acquired benefits (30 pieces of silver!) for doin'-down the better, Just members of the settler's society.
And of course, the Just members of the Indigenous Aborigine. That-is ALL OF THEM!.
These “doers-down”..., as it happens, were in the pay of the dirty Lords of Britain, principly those running the “British East India Company”, which had actually “bought” the English parliament in about 1783, and as the book “Dope Inc.,” tells us, the private company, already making squillions from it's plunder and desecration of central Asian People's and their Lands through the forced broad-acre manufacture and shipping of opium back to the western world, bought the parliament “lock, stock and barrel”, to get it and England out of debt following their failed war against the United States of America, known as “the American war of independence”.
The Britsh East India Company were intent on owning the Antipodes (Australia) as well, and to this day, pretty-much DO through the agencies of both sides of our political machinery, but mainly, from Sydney's New South Wales Australian Labor Party brutal and seriously mentally ill “rightwing” faction known as “The Firm”. But today, they, or their global godfathers, are known to the world as the “International Monetary Fund”.
From the 1700s, if not before, the British East India Company were so powerful their top brass believed they could and would eventually own the whole planet, in one almighty Land “monopoly”.
So it is today, in Australia, but never more forcefully maintained than by the 200 year old corruption club we know as the New South Wales Police Force. The Firm's specialists in divying-out paperbags full of “thirty pieces of silver” to any caught in their corrupt networks.
So.... On the global economic crisis, I reckon it's long passed the time the media, the BIG MEDIA of BBC, CNN, et al et al, began employing the word CORRUPTION when trying to deconstruct the calamity extant and incoming in the global uneconomic depression!
I push this argument because after all the analysis, deconstructing, allegations, charges and incarcerations, corruption of the Root Laws of the Planet will be seen to be the cause of Humanity's, AND the Mother Eartha's downfallings.
Unless the apparent new breed of global leaders take-on the bottomline issue of longtime corrupt laws, particularly, LAND Laws, Humanity and the Planet's biosphere will keep plummeting to our collective DOOOOOM!
But perhaps fundamentally more important, the intermediary between the Leaderships and the Peoples, “the media”, are also urged to “go there!”, if any of them, and their uptop, upclub, upemselves journo's and reporters REALLYPolitik DO care about a future for their usually aberrant spoiled off-sproings.
Aberrant and spoiled because of...... oh, CORRUPT LAWS! (and corrupt church-school AND UNIVERSITY teachings etcetera, etcetera!)
US President Obama may be “going there” with the notice that he intends reappraising the drug laws everyone suffers under, and California may be on the way or on the wagon with their move to reduce their prisons' populations by some 70,000.
YO! America!
Mr Presidenza Obama? Please 'ave-a-chat-wiff our Pre-Presidenza Rudd and his Foral Mob will ya', 'bout the crime-against-Humanity called the “War on Drugs”. We 'omeless pensioners can't afford the price of a smoke these daze, and we all know how fraudulent and useless Ely-Lily and cohort's pharmaceuticals are, for dealing with the pain caused by bad Land Laws?

If Britain is in the beginnings of an economic recession, how long will it be able to afford to maintain the upkeep on the English monarchy's BIGHOUSE Buck-Palace Mob?
All predictions say unequivocally that the Brit's are heading for a DEpression. As usual the question must arise, as I'm sure it did in the 1930s, “Can the Monarchy, in these strained times, be sustained by the Public's Purse?”
Far from the insane crowds surrounding the palace, aware of the likely tremendous amount of income, (that-is UNEARNED income) that the Royal family makes from all it's investments, particularly those bringing-in huge returns from the rent they cream from tenants upon the thousands of acres of Land that the Monarch owns the Titles to (both in Britain AND overseas in places like ummm..., OH! Australia and as likely elsewhere in the likes of Zimbabwe!), one cannot help but ask how sustainable such an anachronistic and inneffective 'regal' institution can be?
These rental or “housing” points, are themselves bemusing, while 100s of thousands, if not millions of Britons are homeless already, being added-to daily by the numbers of the population made homeless because of this economic, ie., mortgage and housing crisis, one has to wonder whether there is any Clarity OR Honor in the hearts-and-minds of the nation's governments, parliamentary members and in the hearts-and-minds of the Voters, enough to bring the People up-to-date, that-is into the 21st century, on this now exposed, yet still not fully exposed “rort”, which now presses-down on the heads of the lot of them?
Everyone knows the current “Britain-centric” economic structures are centuries old. A recent blog of mine suggests, but only suggests, that they may have “begun” in 1475, with the first English Land Enclosure Act.
As best as I recall, from the tutorials on this very subject, of “Land Distribution”, which I attended in the 1980s and early 1990s, the call for this dramatic change to the economic and social fabric of English culture and social life came about because the monarch, then an absolute ruler, was engaged in fighting wars with Eurapean kingdoms/nations, and was running out of funds to train, clothe, arm, feed and transport the military's forces, so a new way of taxing the People was decided-upon.
This came in the form of fencing off land which had been forever occupied by the Peoples, the Indigenous English, and her neighbouring Peoples around and within villages and towns. It was a ruthless act against the stability of the population, and even in the 15th century created a new class of People – Homeless People.
It must be said that, according to the tute's, “times-were-a-changing” in Britain, or England, and Eurape, and it was recognized by the nation's leadership that there was a need for the people to change out of the old, and debatably “uncultured” feudal ways of tending and using the Lands.
Apparently, the culture was stagnant, out there in the rural villages and townships etc., and was very unproductive in terms of contributing to the “economy”. But then, I think there was little or no real, organized “economy” as we might know it today.
On the introduction of the Land Enclosure Act, Ancestral Land was taken from the peasants by the local Barons and Lords, and generally was rented out to wealthier tenants who were “onside” with the general attitudes of the upper-class, leaving the Local Folk to stagger-off and fend for themselves.
The biggest single beneficiary of this Act was the church, then all Catholic.
It broke-up families, most then “extended families”, and sent thousands off to seek work, food, a roof and a new way of life in the larger cities, where some security and employment might be found.
This was important in the centuries to come, in that it provided a “pool” of needy workers for the various industries in the city-and-urban centres.
The horrors of such a scheme are still with us in today's rampant crime, homelessness or better – LANDLESSNESS, and the aberrant folly most of the western world's People are now daily forced to engage in, to earn enough for.... OH! ACCOMMODATION! The “mortgage”! (“Mortgage: French for 'death pledge' The estate pledged, becomes 'dead' or entirely lost by failure to pay” from Annandale's Dictionary)
The “Industrial Revolution” was, in 1475, still some three to four hundred years into the future. As technology advanced, productivity increased and “”factories” came into existence, eventually employing thousands in slavery, well, for a pittance of an income, totally at the behest of the wealthy aristocratic owners of the means of production. There were of course, no unions or organisations looking after the welfare of the worker/slaves, and the wealthy manufacturers could do with the workers as they wished, which was usually to leave them starving and begging once their usefulness was passed. As often passed because of extremely hard and long working conditions and hours, no support from the manager/owners, terrible diets and from the ongoing struggle the poor experienced in trying to keep a roof over their and their families' heads.
During these centuries, from 1475-on, there was no protection for the masses, who were exploited terribly by the upper class, who were becoming the owners of the mills and factories. It was the Industrial Revolution that forced People to organize themselves into what we know today as Unions.
All through, there was near-to no concern for the poor, homeless and workers, by the ruling, wealthy class. Aside from the aid the church gave here-and-there, the masses were forced into penury, extreme poverty, and thus into crime while, of course, the toffs lauded it wherever and whenever they liked. In Humanitarian terms, it's clear WHO the criminals really were.
Sounds pretty familiar, say what?
It is clear that “Progress” as we know it today was given a real shot-in-the-arm by the 1475 Act and the ensuing cultural and industrial changes, and there's no doubt that we would not have the sophistication and technological marvels of today, were it not for these rearrangements through the passed 6oo years, allegedly beginning in England.
But all along, the People have had to bear-the-brunt of the load, so that the wealthy could afford to buy and play with whichever new toy or gizmo was invented and manufactured.
This demand for new stuff was as much the driver behind English colonialism, through the need for resources to feed the mills and factories, and for the delightful products such as “spices” etc., which the intrepid explorers found around the world. As the wealthy grew in numbers, so grew the level of “disposable income”. But where to spend it?
Acquisition of property or of Land, has always been a popular notion for Human Beings. Especially when they are growing in population in a restricted area. Same-same for most beings, I guess?
But today, the same fundamentals underlie the extreme divisions between rich and poor, and between first and third world nations. The current Global Financial Crisis or GFC has it's roots and results in these same dated approaches to occupation of most western nation's Land.
Therefore, I must ask, “Are today's world's leaders (in this case, Prime Minister Gordon Brown of Britain), totally blind to the carnage any furtherance of this out-of-date economic system must bring, and that if the Human species is to keep “MOVING FORWARD!” as they say, can they not bring themselves and their economic advisers to rattle the cage of anachronistic and seriously debilitating aloofnesses, such as a fabulously wealthy, monopolistic Land owning heirarchy, with a few simple arithmetic FACTS (DO YA' F---ING MATH!) of the LAND RENT FOR GOVERNMENT REVENUE kind, as the Best and only way to restabilize the ailing and seriously strained British economy AND her sooffering Peoples?
Anything less, it would appear, ALL THINGS CONSIDERED, is Treason against the Nations, the Peoples, and the Mutha Eartha!
Come-on Gordon, this is THE time, to get your Lordies off their landocratic fatcells and drive through legislation of the Truly Just and Enduring kind.
Land Reform ol' son!
This, returning to the inspiration for this drivvle, (HRH and Her overconsumptive consortia), is well known by Her, and by Hims, Princes Phil and Charlie, as imperative for a Sustainable Economic system. Naturally, it rather demands that they “MOVE FORWARD!” with the times as well, and update their intellectual software on what it takes for personal, monarchical and Commoner Stability and Happiness.
Therefore it should go without having to be said, that they have NO OPTION but to stand with you on the changes necessary to your once Wooondoorfool ooppercluss lifestyles, made entirely so by the current, dated, 600 year old system of Land Tenure, and that they must, Whole-of-Heart Agree with the dissolution of their ridiculous and expensive regal pomposities, by Calling on HRH to Gently abdicate and thus enable the Reforms Humanity, the BIG MUMMA Eartha, and Her Environment need.
Surely Mr Brown, this is the Better option to a violent downfall of that aged anachronistic phenomenon called the Monarchy.
Annandales dictionary says “Monarchy” means “a sole ruler”? “One who is superior to others of the same kind.”
Hmmm...., Does anyone today, still believe that, now that there are next to no secrets about their Regal Beingnesses, and that they are NOT Gods of any superior kind to the Right Royal Rest of Us.
Besides, monarchy, like a “messiah” runs in complete contradiction to the far more Balanced government of the Demos BY THE DEMOS.
Exhuberant excesses are passed their use-by date, as the Environmental Science now shows us. This means for Humanity to survive, we have to reduce our consumption of superficial practices and beliefs.
President Barack Obama is well aware of this, and we must to some degree pity him for the task he and the US Administration have ahead of them.
President Hu Jintao, “The Other Prez”, knows also.
Our Australian PM, Kevin Rudd, and his aids know too.
So What you gunna do, Mr Brown?
What are your Principle interests as Prime Minister?
More agenda-ridden profiteering for the Bunk of England, the Hong Kong and Shanghai bank, the IMF, World Bank et al, et al?
Or for the Enduring Well-Being of the People of England Scotland Wales and Ireland, thus for the whole of the Human Race?
Please keep in mind that Britain's population is but a small percentage of Humanity, that you and the British DO NOT own Australia or any other ex-colony of the quite dead British Empire, and that probably about 9-tenths of the Human population suffer because of your out-of-date economic, monopolist principles.
Indeed, please remember that quite possibly 100% of the world's population are threatened with extinction if you do not invoke the Just Reforms to the monopolist economic Land tenure structures currently in place.
What's that old Biblical saying?

Everyone knows the current “Britain-centric” economic structures are centuries old. A recent blog of mine suggests, but only suggests, that they may have “begun” in 1475, with the first English Land Enclosure Act.
As best as I recall, from the tutorials on this very subject, of “Land Distribution”, which I attended in the 1980s and early 1990s, the call for this dramatic change to the economic and social fabric of English culture and social life came about because the monarch, then an absolute ruler, was engaged in fighting wars with Eurapean kingdoms/nations, and was running out of funds to train, clothe, arm, feed and transport the military's forces, so a new way of taxing the People was decided-upon.
This came in the form of fencing off land which had been forever occupied by the Peoples, the Indigenous English, and her neighbouring Peoples around and within villages and towns. It was a ruthless act against the stability of the population, and even in the 15th century created a new class of People – Homeless People.
It must be said that, according to the tute's, “times-were-a-changing” in Britain, or England, and Eurape, and it was recognized by the nation's leadership that there was a need for the people to change out of the old, and debatably “uncultured” feudal ways of tending and using the Lands.
Apparently, the culture was stagnant, out there in the rural villages and townships etc., and was very unproductive in terms of contributing to the “economy”. But then, I think there was little or no real, organized “economy” as we might know it today.
On the introduction of the Land Enclosure Act, Ancestral Land was taken from the peasants by the local Barons and Lords, and generally was rented out to wealthier tenants who were “onside” with the general attitudes of the upper-class, leaving the Local Folk to stagger-off and fend for themselves.
The biggest single beneficiary of this Act was the church, then all Catholic.
It broke-up families, most then “extended families”, and sent thousands off to seek work, food, a roof and a new way of life in the larger cities, where some security and employment might be found.
This was important in the centuries to come, in that it provided a “pool” of needy workers for the various industries in the city-and-urban centres.
The horrors of such a scheme are still with us in today's rampant crime, homelessness or better – LANDLESSNESS, and the aberrant folly most of the western world's People are now daily forced to engage in, to earn enough for.... OH! ACCOMMODATION! The “mortgage”! (“Mortgage: French for 'death pledge' The estate pledged, becomes 'dead' or entirely lost by failure to pay” from Annandale's Dictionary)
The “Industrial Revolution” was, in 1475, still some three to four hundred years into the future. As technology advanced, productivity increased and “”factories” came into existence, eventually employing thousands in slavery, well, for a pittance of an income, totally at the behest of the wealthy aristocratic owners of the means of production. There were of course, no unions or organisations looking after the welfare of the worker/slaves, and the wealthy manufacturers could do with the workers as they wished, which was usually to leave them starving and begging once their usefulness was passed. As often passed because of extremely hard and long working conditions and hours, no support from the manager/owners, terrible diets and from the ongoing struggle the poor experienced in trying to keep a roof over their and their families' heads.
During these centuries, from 1475-on, there was no protection for the masses, who were exploited terribly by the upper class, who were becoming the owners of the mills and factories. It was the Industrial Revolution that forced People to organize themselves into what we know today as Unions.
All through, there was near-to no concern for the poor, homeless and workers, by the ruling, wealthy class. Aside from the aid the church gave here-and-there, the masses were forced into penury, extreme poverty, and thus into crime while, of course, the toffs lauded it wherever and whenever they liked. In Humanitarian terms, it's clear WHO the criminals really were.

It is clear that “Progress” as we know it today was given a real shot-in-the-arm by the 1475 Act and the ensuing cultural and industrial changes, and there's no doubt that we would not have the sophistication and technological marvels of today, were it not for these rearrangements through the passed 6oo years, allegedly beginning in England.
But all along, the People have had to bear-the-brunt of the load, so that the wealthy could afford to buy and play with whichever new toy or gizmo was invented and manufactured.
This demand for new stuff was as much the driver behind English colonialism, through the need for resources to feed the mills and factories, and for the delightful products such as “spices” etc., which the intrepid explorers found around the world. As the wealthy grew in numbers, so grew the level of “disposable income”. But where to spend it?
Acquisition of property or of Land, has always been a popular notion for Human Beings. Especially when they are growing in population in a restricted area. Same-same for most beings, I guess?
But today, the same fundamentals underlie the extreme divisions between rich and poor, and between first and third world nations. The current Global Financial Crisis or GFC has it's roots and results in these same dated approaches to occupation of most western nation's Land.
Therefore, I must ask, “Are today's world's leaders (in this case, Prime Minister Gordon Brown of Britain), totally blind to the carnage any furtherance of this out-of-date economic system must bring, and that if the Human species is to keep “MOVING FORWARD!” as they say, can they not bring themselves and their economic advisers to rattle the cage of anachronistic and seriously debilitating aloofnesses, such as a fabulously wealthy, monopolistic Land owning heirarchy, with a few simple arithmetic FACTS (DO YA' F---ING MATH!) of the LAND RENT FOR GOVERNMENT REVENUE kind, as the Best and only way to restabilize the ailing and seriously strained British economy AND her sooffering Peoples?
Anything less, it would appear, ALL THINGS CONSIDERED, is Treason against the Nations, the Peoples, and the Mutha Eartha!

Here's the text I just submitted to the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman Ltd, on their online complaint form (http://www.tio.com.au/ComplaintForm/ComplaintFormS4.asp) on the ongoing issue of Telstra' pathetic performance and interference with the Australian People's right to communicate and express their views, complaints etc.
After filling-in the info boxes, the Ombudsman then asks to:
DESCRIBE YOUR COMPLAINT:
This is what I wrote:
I signed-up for "MyEmail", a "service" provided by Telstra, which notifies me on my mobile phone, of incoming emails to my Yahoo email account.
The fee of $7.00 is automatically deducted from my prepaid bill on the 11th of the month.
Since the 5th of February, I have tried several times to "unsubscribe" to this offer, so I would not be charged another $7.00/month, but an error (number 4000000) was displayed, and I have not been able to unsubscribe to "MyEmail".
I took the complaint to the Telstra shop in Lismore NSW. "Rob" there, rang Telstra via their own line, to "unsubscribe" from "MyEmail", yet I have had another $7.00 deducted from my prepaid credit on 11th of February.
I say this is interference by Telstra, for my online commentaries about Telstra's flawed approach to their business.
Thus far, I've lost now over $300.00 in phone calls, mysteriously lost internet and phone credit, and diesel fuel traveling to-&-fro to the Lismore shop to sort out these ongoing problems.
I put it that a federal government Inquiry/Review must be done into Telstra's shonky practices, asap, & into the veracity of it's being "privatized", for it is clearly ripping Australians off.
The Ombudsman then asks:
How did the provider respond to your complaint?
I wrote:
No returned calls (4). I called Telstra Lismore at 9:14 this morning, and am waiting for a return call from them, now 10:20am. (as I write this for posting to my (this) blogsite, it's 11.08am, and still Telstra Lismore have not returned my call.)
I end-up on dead-end lines, after negotiating their pathetic automatic voice services, from 13 minutes to 38 minutes, ending with being cut-off by Telstra.
"MyEmail" still operative, and a further $7.00 has been deducted.
It's not the amount, it's the inconvenience of having to submit these type of complaints, added fuel costs, wasted time and stress levels I do not need. I have a heart condition, to some degree incurred by the same corporate interferences covering a period of at least 14 years, from 1995.
Telstra service is abominable!

e.g. fix the fault on my phone today, withdraw [e.g. $100] in excess internet usage charges from my bill,

Re-institute Telstra as a government owned and run service provider.
Next step was to SUBMIT COMPLAINT, which I dun.
As to whether I get anywhere near what I requested, that is some “Customer Satisfaction”, I seriously doubt it.

Attempts to work online are thwarted whenever I "go-to" sensitive political & religious matters, especially when I challenge their economic & religious ideologies.
Excuses are aplenty, most, untrue.

As we all know, I wuz championing the Causes of both Australia's ALP in Canberra and the Democrats in Washingmachinetown USA, in our two last elections.
In my business, I think that a positive attitude is imperative, no matter that I myself feel "we've blown it!" as Worthy Tenants of the Planet. But, of the government's our two nations have had over the past hundred-perhaps-two-hundred years, the two, Obama's in the US and Rudd's in Australia, now in the Chair, are the most inspiring we've seen, the most Intelligent, and the most in touch.
So to my mind, Americans and Australians should get behind them ASAP and as much as they can, to ensure the two Administrations are supported toward the fullest Green and Economically Just national policies on Earth.
I say they should not fear the coming backlash from guilt-ridden Britain and Eurape, in terms of the BIGBIGREALLYBIG Issues of-and-around Land, Taxation and banking Reform, whereby ALL of the Nation's Land is Nationalised, and People are at last freed to get-on with Living an Honourable Life.
For as we witness in Eurape and Britain, as well as elsewhere in the economically afflicted and terminally corrupt world, disgruntled and often guilt-ridden Peoples are moving back to a conservative, protectionist, aggressive, nationalist, over-policing self-centred style of government.
I reckon this is, as in Britain, France, Germany, et al, because they are coming to see that their "way of life" is being challenged and threatened by those Peoples elswhere on the globe who are coming together to reject the Brit-Euro-centric view of the world. That view that the world is theirs to plunder and rape. That view which demands that they are the most intelligent, most Noble, most advanced, most superior, etc etc etc and oh what a load of mentally-ill shit you speak, Eurape!

Being on the edge (the far edge) of the world's economic crisis, being a cynic, being an Outlaw when it comes to corrupt laws, one comes often to wonder what is in the heads of those who rip-the-world-off as much as your average daily CEO seems to be doing in the USA, Eurape, Britain, Hong Kong, Australia, etc., since the latest banking, homeloan, credit, productivity and environmental crises combined-to-attack our delusions.
Maybe someone told me moons ago (maybe it wuz GOD!?), that the reason why CEOs of big corporations, particularly the “nasty” ones, mining, weapons, oil, tobacco, real estate, etc-and-on, are paid so much, and get huge packages on leaving the club-er-corp, is purely a matter of it being a fundamental part of the job of a ruthless and powersick company executive, to have to “lie-one's-arse-off”, near-as minute-by-minute to share holders, underlings, overlings, Green groups, Unions, Governments, Oppositions, Conscience-ridden politicians, media, 'corporate crime commissions', and the public alike!
About two years ago I heard something I'd been waiting for for years. On the trusty ABC Radio National there was a program discussing the “mental health” of the “executive class” of the world.
The report as best I recall, showed that there was/is a very high rate of CEOs who suffer “mental illnesses”, often kept well-hidden from anyone who matters, but illnesses which show themselves in the executive's behaviour, usually in the workplace. Behavioural characteristics in how they relate to other members of the company, below them and above, and the measures they will (and usually must in such aggressive corporate atmospheres) take to keep their position, or to ambit higher on their career path.
It's clear to the Reasonable mind, that a prolonged collusion between like-minded ambitious, greedy, egomaniacal and often fabulously wealthy “high-flyers” will in the end result in failure, while they are free to imagine and cunger plans, “the Devil's work”, of taking what is not theirs. (“Idle hands do it...”)
And LARGE failures, as the last year shows, when we are talking way-up-there in the bastions of Wall Street, Zurich, and London, where the “MIGHTIEST” of them all are attracted, lured “as-if-hypnotized”, by the irresistable stench of dirty money.
Yesterday I heard a bloke talking about how the government, here in Australia, should tackle the debacle of the glocal economic crisis, saying that “...we NEED the executives of the banks to help us out of the crisis, because THEY KNOW how the system works, and their eggspurtize is all we have to carry us through...” (paraphrased)
Better the Devil you know, aye?
Perhaps so? Perhaps NOT so!
The global economic “system” we suffer at the moment, in 2009, is old. It could be said to have begun in the 15th century, with the English parliament's “Land Enclosure Act” of 1475.
Although we hear nothing of it's importance in how economics are 'run' today, after long-ponderings, I put it that that 1475 Act meant such enormous changes in how the English, and soon enough the British (Eurapean and beyond) People could and thus would “relate” to the Mutha Land, their Ancestor's Land, that it sought such dramatic changes to, admittedly an (English) agrarian “feudal” system in a state of stagnation, or at least in a state of 'stasis' or low-productivity, embroiled in wars with other nations, and not progressing, the Act brought huge responses from the People of England and the north of Eurape to the point of creating strong backlashes within the church, which was then all Catholic, and which imputed control of ALL the LAND to centrist Rome.
I put it that the 1475 Land Enclosure Act was a, if not THE catalyst for the 16th century !SHISM! in the church we now call the Protestant Reformation.
It also appears to me that the Protestants, while given their religious 'independence' from Rome, were nevertheless forced to concede to 'laws' which were not-quite-Holy laws. The most influential of them, that the question of Land ownership be stilled, and that the whole of 'Christendom' adopt the Roman view.
Since then, I suggest, the powers-that-be have ensured that this became the orthodoxy everywhere on Earth, teaching corrupted land laws in their colleges to those who were to become government administrators, advisors, clerks, policy-makers, emissaries, missionaries etc., and..., teachers of economics in their church schools.
From my view, corruption of fundamental land laws to what we have today, cannot help but effect ALL lesser, lower laws of a society, to the point where we have a ruthless lie of a system, operated and manipulated by the 500 year old class of corporate executives, all of whom prescribe to a system set-up to deprive the peasants of their Homelands, thus, forcing the peasants to become criminals to keep a roof over their heads, and food on the table.
Such a system, it is found will cause a multitude of maladies in the People's hearts and minds, and will I assert, be found to be the cause of our innumerable psychoses, illnesses and even diseases today. Mental diseases of opulence, over consumption, waste and irresponsibility amongst the Peoples. Diseases of lust, gluttony, greed, sloth, wrath, envy, and Oh hohoho pride.....
The hurdle for government today, in the USA, Britain, Eurape, the Antipodes and economically below them, is to find a “Class” of Economists, bankers, CEOs, and, AND, government policy advisors, who are NOT tainted, and NOT chained to this prenicious draconia of an economic, banking, and business agenda
Thus, it is easy to see, if this is a reasoned scenario, how, after five centuries of bad land laws, taught to the elite and the 'peasants' alike, that today's church-indoctrinated Corporate Executive Officers (C.E.O.'s) and everyone beneath them in their high-roller corporations, are intellectually chained to a draconian, nay-PERNICIOUS system of land laws and of economics generally, and that nobody from the lower, middle or upper levels of management in global and domestic banks and corporations is able to see beyond these mental strictures to be of any REALPolitikal use to the likes of President Obama, Prime Minister Brown, or Joe Blough down there on 'main street'.
Indeed, some of the best economists, or people who deal with money are to be found quite elsewhere.
Most things of the business of “government” of a large mass of People, of the last 23-and-a-half-thousand-years, have been all about the lucky blimbos at the top of the evolutionary, cultural, familial tree, by whatever means, keeping their wealth, power, influence and prestige, or as Rupert Murdoch reckons, “privileges” all for themself.
They are who invented, or developed from ancient trade-and-barter and, no doubt, from cross-cultural rules, and from church agenda, the current tragedy of our banking, consumering, borrow-&-spend-'cause-you-CAN, interest, credit and debt systems.
The profits are always arranged to end-up, uptop.
Exactly as the British and Eurapeans have been doing particularly in the United States of America for 232 years, since 1776, where the east-Atlantians of Britain and Eurape have been waging a war to “win-back” the United States, these same “masters” of the “Moneyverse” are not likely to cease and desist their bad banking practices altogether, when it comes to what matters most to their climb back into their blackhole?
Power.
However, more, much more than monetary power is at play here, for while the various authorities put the exposed offenders in the dock, and convict them of being selfish bastards, having the world believe that the culprits are all “individuals”, acting on their own fanatical, greedy behalf, there are clearly other issues at hand, and most of which are never, or very rarely exposed.
The superiority complexia which has emmigrated out of Britain and Eurape to the rest of the world, these last 500 years, white Christian superiority and Jewish superiority, has been fundamental for the powers-that-be to attain their wishes.
I'd call their wishes “delusions” meself.
Concomitant to their superior delusions is their belief that THEY are the most qualified to “run” the global economy, and that indeed, without THEM at the wheels, the whole tanking-er-banking ship would sink! (“Alas! Beware the banking sinktank?!”)
Qualified to keep the bulging British, Eurapean “Swiss bank” accounts bulging, thus the Eurapean elite, inparty with their agent, Britain, on top of the pile in the race for global control, through multi-billion-dollar political, publicity, subterfuge, propaganda, smear, derision, war conspiracies and campaigns , (many, ongoing over centuries!).
With a bit of an understanding of these factors in OUR centuries-old global economic crisis, it maybe possible to see why top jobs in the superpower arena demand the puppet-er-executive class, receive megabucks.
To keep no-one but the Club-of-Rome types properly informed about the chaos their corporation is unleashing wherever they plant their dynamite, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, real estate FOR SALE sign, drilling-rig, and corporte headquarters. AND THAT IS ALL the majority of multinational corporation CEOs are paid ridiculous-nay-criminal amounts of money to do.
The only way they can possibly do that is to....lie-lie-lie, day-in-day-out. In their dreams, stripclubs, men's toilets, also...

I put it that the 1475 Land Enclosure Act was a, if not THE catalyst for the 16th century !SHISM! in the church we now call the Protestant Reformation.
It also appears to me that the Protestants, while given their religious 'independence' from Rome, were nevertheless forced to concede to 'laws' which were not-quite-Holy laws. The most influential of them, that the question of Land ownership be stilled, and that the whole of 'Christendom' adopt the Roman view.
Since then, I suggest, the powers-that-be have ensured that this became the orthodoxy everywhere on Earth, teaching corrupted land laws in their colleges to those who were to become government administrators, advisors, clerks, policy-makers, emissaries, missionaries etc., and..., teachers of economics in their church schools.
From my view, corruption of fundamental land laws to what we have today, cannot help but effect ALL lesser, lower laws of a society, to the point where we have a ruthless lie of a system, operated and manipulated by the 500 year old class of corporate executives, all of whom prescribe to a system set-up to deprive the peasants of their Homelands, thus, forcing the peasants to become criminals to keep a roof over their heads, and food on the table.
Such a system, it is found will cause a multitude of maladies in the People's hearts and minds, and will I assert, be found to be the cause of our innumerable psychoses, illnesses and even diseases today. Mental diseases of opulence, over consumption, waste and irresponsibility amongst the Peoples. Diseases of lust, gluttony, greed, sloth, wrath, envy, and Oh hohoho pride.....
The hurdle for government today, in the USA, Britain, Eurape, the Antipodes and economically below them, is to find a “Class” of Economists, bankers, CEOs, and, AND, government policy advisors, who are NOT tainted, and NOT chained to this prenicious draconia of an economic, banking, and business agenda
Thus, it is easy to see, if this is a reasoned scenario, how, after five centuries of bad land laws, taught to the elite and the 'peasants' alike, that today's church-indoctrinated Corporate Executive Officers (C.E.O.'s) and everyone beneath them in their high-roller corporations, are intellectually chained to a draconian, nay-PERNICIOUS system of land laws and of economics generally, and that nobody from the lower, middle or upper levels of management in global and domestic banks and corporations is able to see beyond these mental strictures to be of any REALPolitikal use to the likes of President Obama, Prime Minister Brown, or Joe Blough down there on 'main street'.
Indeed, some of the best economists, or people who deal with money are to be found quite elsewhere.
Most things of the business of “government” of a large mass of People, of the last 23-and-a-half-thousand-years, have been all about the lucky blimbos at the top of the evolutionary, cultural, familial tree, by whatever means, keeping their wealth, power, influence and prestige, or as Rupert Murdoch reckons, “privileges” all for themself.
They are who invented, or developed from ancient trade-and-barter and, no doubt, from cross-cultural rules, and from church agenda, the current tragedy of our banking, consumering, borrow-&-spend-'cause-you-CAN, interest, credit and debt systems.
The profits are always arranged to end-up, uptop.

As we're all doomed, it seems safe to say it....
The call is "Deconstructing the 'needs' behind 'productivity'".
"Needs" such as jobs, income, taxation, rent, food, consumerism, economic wealth and advantage..., in today's western, industrialized "IMF-ized"" cultures, all add-up to eco-BAD occupations. "Eco"-bad in terms of the ecology or environment.
Hence, the eco-BAD future!
Therefore, Reason may demand that, to STOP! the environmental meltdown, we should cease all but the very basics of "productivity"!
"Productivity" should NOT be the bottomline in government accounting, but "Ecological Sustainability". These two are near-as in exact contention, because productivity places ever-increasing, accelerating, exponential demand on the environment.
But the orthodoxy says we need to be productive? Why? To supply jobs, goods, economic security to individuals.
But, as the latest economic meltdown shows, there is NO economic security in raping the Land and resources dry, consuming resources and energy unnecessarily and excessively, over-investing, AND over-producing.
In fact, over-producing is as to blame as the big banks for the current and forecast weather and climatic changes.
So, where do the People draw the line between useful and sustainable productivity, and abusive, polluting, unsustainable produce-to-consume over-productivity?
Perhaps governments should be less ready to provide assurity and financial support or protection to ANY unnecessary production? Less willingness by government to partner private contracts in development, production, and infrastructure of superfluous, unnecessary, trivial, cheap (!) products, goods or services would surely help slowdown the ecocollapse?
"Cheap" gets a "!" because far from cheap products making everyone's lives better, easier, more convenient, "cheap" products add more than most other things, to overconsumption, waste, pollution, etc.
And that's just in their being made! (Joke!) Then there's the time/energy waste factor, when the product fails, it's storage or disposal, and the energy required to be wasted in acquiring another one.
If the government is serious, they should be on the case of slimming-down at least, the obese scam in most all of today's products - PLANNED OBSOLESCENCE!
I heard a chap on the news 'tother day talking about the future scenarios of difference in how Human's have to change. He said "...but we have to leave it to the would-be producers (he was talking about farming) to decide WHAT they grow..." (paraphrased).
For how long? I ask....
Such timid lines from "egg-spurts" fail the People. Because if Humans are to have any sort of future on Earth, they will one day have to be very careful about what and where they grow. Most Aussies are still wrapping their heads around the importance of the delicate balance (which has been lost), yet only 221 years ago was the order in Australia, in the natural ecological cycles.

"Plans" for development thus far in Australia, have fallen far-far-farking short of weighing ALL the factors. Blown budgets have been de riguere for an age or three, and confusion is the advantage to those who just want to be recognised and profit for contributing to any bold government plan, yet have absolutely NO Insight or Genuine "Vision".
Thus, housing, industrial, suburban estates are left to rot over the decades, and it becomes clear that the "plan" failed to take into consideration the longer term effects, costs, expansions etc.
Governments regularly fail to properly do an "All Things Considered" appraisal of plans big developers, entrepreneurs and speculators put to them. But even when they do, as often some cunning minor gliche sneaks through the review and stuffs the works ten -plus years later.
The REALPolitik line goes something like..... Science has determined that much of the environmental breakdown starts at and is most destructive at the microbiological level. Delicate balance between plant, animal, microscopic, chemical and even atomic levels is CRITICAL if the environment is to be expected to support over 5 billion Human Beings. Introduced species, practices, exploitations of the natural environment over the past 221 years has begun a fracturing of the organic balance of the Land sea and air in Australia, such that the rot will accelerate endlessly to the near-complete reduction of the organic environment we live in and depend wholly upon.
So what kind of housing does the government have in mind, if most all things we take for granted "...in the manner to which we were accustomed...." are about to fail us?
Can the government guarantee PERPETUAL security and minimal-levels of maintenance of whichever housing, roads, infrastructure plans make it through the process?
What excesses prevail in constructing your typical three-bedroom nuclear family home, for three to say..., seven family members?
What is wasted in these "traditional" Aussie homes' construction.
"Space", for one. Area. As something like 40% of adult Australians now live on their own, can the government factor-in such considerations in trying gallantly to reduce homelessness, and/or make the idea of a "Home" (?) more accommodating, thus making for a less stressed life?
How relevant and current are the "traditional" housing models, in terms of providing tenants with the fundamentals of.... Food and a Roof, Laughter and Love?
It is far past the time for all our governments to leave the housing corporations outside of the conference rooms, when attempting to reinvent Australia, now that the sheep has died.
Collective Housing? Sure, it's bloody luxury mayte having a big house, to swan around in. It IS good for one's Soul to be able to stand straight and move around freely, without even the aural constraints of a low ceiling or nearby walls.
But most of us can only be in one room at a time, and more so when we have need for privacy, sleep, ablutions and... (any Christian would write "prayer") Meditation...
But were a person offered secure tenure, secure, moderate, long-term guaranteed, non-market-inflating rent, modern, efficient facilities..., but with perhaps options of just one or two or three rooms to occupy, on the same block as a number of the same kind of dwellings, with a Community building for social, practical and functional activities, and who doesn't want to chain themselves to a death pledge of a mortgage for that veneer of "security" found in the "private" housing market, and as well was given all the assistance and cooperation to learn about and employ themselves and those around them in cultivating the land around their buildings for food production, light industry (Gotta have a SHED mayte!), (extended) family education, fun and harmony, while able at minimal cost to themselves, the government and the environment, to earn and be productive, that-is..., GENUINELY Productive, would they not be doing the very-near-very Best for themselves, their Country and for the Mutha Planet?

The point IS , that we have not been using the most valuable asset we have - THE LAND - economically. This relates to the amount of space (square feet, hectares) we waste satisfying trivial AND... inflated desire demands, as well as the energy in the construction itself, but also in the production of the materials, their freight, etc.
So housing has to be re-integrated with the business of living - that is - growing your own food, clothing, family, etc., on-the-same-block, and with the natural environment around us.

"Space", for one. Area. As something like 40% of adult Australians now live on their own, can the government factor-in such considerations in trying gallantly to reduce homelessness, and/or make the idea of a "Home" (?) more accommodating, thus making for a less stressed life?
How relevant and current are the "traditional" housing models, in terms of providing tenants with the fundamentals of.... Food and a Roof, Laughter and Love?
It is far past the time for all our governments to leave the housing corporations outside of the conference rooms, when attempting to reinvent Australia, now that the sheep has died.
Collective Housing? Sure, it's bloody luxury mayte having a big house, to swan around in. It IS good for one's Soul to be able to stand straight and move around freely, without even the aural constraints of a low ceiling or nearby walls.
But most of us can only be in one room at a time, and more so when we have need for privacy, sleep, ablutions and... (any Christian would write "prayer") Meditation...
But were a person offered secure tenure, secure, moderate, long-term guaranteed, non-market-inflating rent, modern, efficient facilities..., but with perhaps options of just one or two or three rooms to occupy, on the same block as a number of the same kind of dwellings, with a Community building for social, practical and functional activities, and who doesn't want to chain themselves to a death pledge of a mortgage for that veneer of "security" found in the "private" housing market, and as well was given all the assistance and cooperation to learn about and employ themselves and those around them in cultivating the land around their buildings for food production, light industry (Gotta have a SHED mayte!), (extended) family education, fun and harmony, while able at minimal cost to themselves, the government and the environment, to earn and be productive, that-is..., GENUINELY Productive, would they not be doing the very-near-very Best for themselves, their Country and for the Mutha Planet?

Not only in terms of the environment, but, as the last year of the global economic crisis has exposed, the current housing and LAND USE "traditions", every one of them, it MUST be said, devised purely for speculative advantage and profit, and with NO consideration ever given, in the development of the concept of nuclear houses and their suburbs, to their sociological, environmental, psychological and long-term negative impact.
I've still got a "plan" for a 200 person, 120 feet or so high, 200 feet square sustainable housing and food-production pyramid somewhere?

The point IS , that we have not been using the most valuable asset we have - THE LAND - economically. This relates to the amount of space (square feet, hectares) we waste satisfying trivial AND... inflated desire demands, as well as the energy in the construction itself, but also in the production of the materials, their freight, etc.
So housing has to be re-integrated with the business of living - that is - growing your own food, clothing, family, etc., on-the-same-block, and with the natural environment around us.
Who needs a car?

Well? I seem to have sorted out my internet and computer connection problems.
(I typed that line at 10-45 or so this morning. Its now 4-16pm and 3 hours of disconnected broadband and an hour and a half on the mobile ($0.25/call) to Telstra, grumbles about it being hacker-type interference of a political bias, and I'm back on. For how long this time......? Hohum...., 'twas just as this article was getting real chunky in exposure(s)?)
But have just bought a low quality Indian-made solar panel, my first solar panel, along with a PV charge controller, from a small 'sparkie's' shop in Lismore. I went to the same shop about a month ago and asked about solar panels. "Darryl" assisted me. After 15 minutes talking about these things, I asked him what the dimensions of the 30W panels were, as he had none in stock. He didn't know or had he any written info on them. But, as I'm trapped in the pensioner bracket, the $308 pricetag for a 30W panel seemed OK.
Finally I asked Darryl if he would find the dimensions for me and telephone me with them.
He didn't phone me back. I took the best approach and presumed, for his sake, that perhaps his business wasn't doing the best, so a call to a mobile might be too much for his budget. 'Specially if I was only good for a $600-to-$750 sale?
WRONG! He didn't call back, because he knew, like every occultist knows today, I was getting desperate for a panel set-up (so I can work on the laptop in the bush, in the quiet, that-is without the 240V generator/4-stroke motor hammering nearby), and, he didn't call me back with ANY details because the panels he is selling are low-grade, made in India from WASTE polycrystalline material from the USA, AND, important to my designs, he knew the panels were physically much larger than I could cater for on the roof of the mobile home I'm building and live in.
So I say!
This is just more of the same maggoting a bloke gets in New South Wales when he can't be corrupted as much as the nazis who're taking over. I'm putting together a list of the harassment I've had since I left Melbourne on 14th February 1998.
When I say "nazis" I mean the influx of rich Eurapeans to Australia, who can afford to out-buy native Aussies and especially the poor, in the game of stealing someone else's Homeland, so making housing affordability for Australians here ever harder.
The last federal horror of Howard's Liberal government in Canberra made squillions out of the rich Eurapean immigration business. More Australian land titles were transferred overseas, or into "non-Australian" hands, I'll wager, than in any ten year period going back to the land boom and bust of the 1880 and 1890s!
So much of it went-on these last eleven years, that a whole new avenue has been opened for super-rich, neuvo-adult wannabe-Osssseee-Eurapeans to enter the country, buy false citizenship, through either the numerous diplomatic connections oozing their way around the consulates and embassies of Canberra, or through the plenitude of "arranged marriage" networks within the Australian 'pro-Brit-Euro" population.
One such 'network', as far as I can discern, has been running for over thirty years, and has had the approval of the NSW AND the federal governments for about as long.
One even has to ask whether one-or-a-collusion of State and federal politicians didn't set-up the network(s) in the first place?
What is certain is that they know about this one now, and, with few doubts, just not enough factual proof, our nation's politicians receive quite-some 'baksheesh' to let-it-pass beneath the radar. As I said, Howard's government made squillions from setting-up this same Eurapean richkids visa bypass entry system, mainly because the incomers were happy to buy into the biggest scam of all - the Land Game - with a few extra million of daddys' superswiss account to let the government turn a blind eye to the unusual level of german accents heard on the streets of Lismore, northern New South Wales, and MORE on the streets of Nimbin.
Why Nimbin? The easiest way to hide someone is in an isolated, essentially "gated" community of like-minded rascals. With plenty of bush and caves to move around in, grow marijuana on to fund one's entry-visa payments (a marriage certificate and a handful of cash to a willing, ie., equally corrupt Australian man or woman), and a compliant, horrendously corrupt police force, local council and political parties, any rich Eurapean is welcome through the Museum's doors!
Lets face it! Nimbin would not exist if the governments - that-is - the whole rotten lot of politicians, banks, judges, lawyers, coppers, customs and immigration officials etc etc., were not interested in the black market money the village brings NSW and Australia via tourrorism - rich British and Eurapean tourrorism, via the blackmarket marijuana industry AND as the gateway into Australian Landownership and therefore, for some strange reason, Australian citizenship.
It seems that if one is rich, young, Brit-Eurapean or have been raised in schools of the same theo-&-geographical foundation, you are welcome to settle here on other people's Land, keep the Natives and Indigenies OFF their own Land, happy to explore and covertly undermine any Land Rights or Reforms Work the Aborigine or True Fella Australian is doing, keep the price of Land artificially inflated so that ONLY YOUR type of mate can buy-in to the area/street/gated community, and so you don't have to battle with that long dormant thing in your head called YOUR CONSCIENCE, thus enabling you to contribute to and take-from the corruption in marijuana production, trafficking and dealing, and invite, with a guarantee of success, all your mates and girlfriends from Homen Townen in inbred Eurape to come out here and partake of the same crimes against Humanity, that-is against the Australian Aborigine and the Native 5, 6, 7 generation Australian Folk.

Powerful sections in Canberra are controlled by out-of-date brutes in the general rightwing - as-in NOT-in just the NSW ALP Rightwing..., of Sydney politics, but endemic throughout the inner 'clubs' of the political, "Rum Club", real estate, mememe rathole which Sydney is. Indeed, why stop at Sydney? NSW is replete, as, in reality, is the whole of the nation....
But SOMETHING has to be done about the wealth-related immigration visas being handed out to rich Germans, French, Italian, Britishshsh deserters of their own nations.
NOT I stress because they may be of unsavoury character, merely because they deprive Working, not so wealthy, would-be Honest Australians of their Right to a Secure - which means a FINANCIALLY SECURE Home and Homeland. Turf! Patch! Community and Soul.

I don' think I'll trade with him again...? After paying $179 for a 20amp regulator from him, I opened a competitor's sales booklet today to find the same item selling, in an old 2008 catalogue I admit, for $139.95. I expect that price to have risen, perhaps to $150?
He seems like a typical sort of bloke, probably good at his trade. But I have to ask, why does a bloke bother with low-grade products. It's..., I have the same argument about products which are designed to break through the cunning genius of "PLANNED OBSOLESCENCE".
I know business limitations in terms of being able, as a small trader, to invest in the higher wholesale costs of high quality product/merchandise, and that, if Darryl may have been trading in other technology, product, fields before he started stocking and dealing in solar electricity, he may have been forced, by the market (people asking at the shop, for one,) to stock something in the solar range, to show he is on the money, uptodate, etc., so he's caught between a shock and a paneled place, as-it-were.
So, while remaining pissed-off that the above scenarios played and play themselves out, and that I think I've got a nice rigid, 790mm by 610mm hailstone-proof glass coffee table top, which looks like a solar panel, and that I paid more for less, I DO admit that it was frustration, exasperation, perspiration and loss-of-Equilibration that had me choose that Fella's shop.
HOWEVER! I WAS intent on NOT dealing with the big-nasties of global energy and corruption in what I bought – BP solar panels- are out of favor, for what I know about BP's antics, with their bovvaboys in MI-6, and others also smell to my ulfactories, so I thought I'd give Darryl a go.
