COMP CLAIMS:
I work at the forefront of political investigative journalism, local and global.
I address fundamentals of economics, politics & religion, addressing which "parties" (local & global) are influencing & corrupting global economics, banking & society in general.
Apart from being exiled in my own country from family, friends & society, because of the issues I inquire into (in no small proportion because of the Catholic churches interventions), I've battled with the "unseen" authorities for several years in putting my views on the internet & email out to Australia's & the world's media, relevant institutions & organisations.
My computer, now a Toshiba laptop, & most public internet facilities are regularly interrupted when I attempt transmission of my views.
I am unafraid to state that my views are by the dominant paradigm's powers, including MI-6, ASIO, & others, regarded as threatening to their hegemony.
A visit to my blogsite (Google "Omaxa bin Eartha") will, in the most recent article, "Obama's CEOs?" show the reader my views.

MEMBER'S RESPONSE:
Have lost many dollars of prepaid credit, & innumerable failed connections.
Most calls to Telstra (125 111, 125 8880, etc) end on dead-end lines, & are not addressed or fixed.
Attempts to work online are thwarted whenever I "go-to" sensitive political & religious matters, especially when I challenge their economic & religious ideologies.
Excuses are aplenty, most, untrue.
Calls are not returned.
In general, a very poor, insecure service.
RESOLUTION SOUGHT:
Ensure my mobile phone & I'net connections are secure, & provide recompense for lost credit (over $100) over the last 3 months.
Restructure all Telstra management policy AND make serious Democratic improvements to the services Telstra so poorly provides.

Unfortunately, I have lost all faith in all our government bodies, from local to federal, so it will be something to see some actual resolution to my and many other Australians' complaints against this monopolistic, ruthlessly profit-centred and increasingly failing corporation we call "Telstra". (who on Earth came-up with "Telstra" for a name? How 'tinny'!)
As I wrote at the end of my submission to the TIO, the whole management ideology and structure of OUR Telstra corporation is in dire need of serious reappraisal by a TRULY Independent Inquiry, nay, a ROYAL COMMISSION. (Ahum.., Looking ahead, "A PRESIDENTIAL Commission"!)
Who? however, of our most recent "change-of-the-guard" Labor federal OR STATE governments, or hoho the Liberals et al, cares about FREEDOM OF SPEECH enough in Australia, a more censored and oppressed nation than most of us realise, to go to war with the corporate boards who run and pervert the underlying "mission" if-I-may, of not only Telstra, but of all telecommunications corporations?
It seems few if any of them fully realise the importance of a secure and affordable-to-the-public telecommunications system, especially with the information and knowledge the whole of Humanity is now and in the near future, so in need of.
It is obvious that they all rely on befuddling and confusing the punter/consumer, only to drain their pockets evermore of their hard-earned cheese-crackers, stress them out and make the whole population less and less productive, Happy, Content and less prepared to Live an Honest Life.
Communications after all, is possibly the most important facility a People could need, if they are to be "up-to-speed" with the rapidly shifting and changing global-thus-local economic and environmental crises the species in the "21st century" of abject (western) religious failures", face.
Telstra cannot be allowed to put the unholy dollar in front of their PURPOSE, which is to provide telecommunications services to ALL AUSTRALIANS.
Not just for their exclusive rich rightwing egomaniacal cronies and sycophants.
It is CLEAR that Telstra's "philosophy" was cungered in the Howard Liberal years, riding on the rightwing American and Eurapean waves of magical egomanic "WE RUN THE WORLD!" type delusions.
As the USA melts-down for the same period's Bush mis-&-mal-administration of super selfishness and callous disregard for Law, Land, Justice, and the People, is it not pertinent that ALL government policy of the last one hundred to SEVENTEEN hundred years (as those which came out of the flawed "Councils of Nicea" in the fourth century AD) be either brought under an Inquisitional Review, or removed holus-bolus from our Constitutions?
"YES WE CAN!"
AND, I say I say, WE MUST!

It is also clear that one Sol Trejillo, Telstra's failed CEO, ("Privatise! and watch your share-price plummet, service reduce to farce and fraud, and the investing Joe Battler get diddled for squillions, stressed-out by the pathetic disservice the bogponder provides!") is of the same deluded, unsustainable belief system which has brought Enron, Arthur Anderson, Citibank, etc, etc, and on-&-on, undone, all costing the public their homes, jobs and futures.
On the failure we know as John Howard:
Most pundits and serious commentators on the performance of the G.W. Bush US Administration state clearly that his was the worst government the USA has experienced. And no small percentage of the world's population agree!
Therefore, as our little Johnny (or "Johnette!) was lauded by GW Bush as a good bloke, as his deputy sheriff, as a fine politician etc etc, and is now in the land of eternal and seriously WRONG non-entities, it stands to Reason to challenge EVERY government policy, every legal choice and every Liberal/National politician that-or-who was/were cungered by the Howard team: Treasurer Cost(alot)ello, Foreign Affairs Minister (Oh what a)Downer, and Tony (HEY!) Abbott to name just three.
This also fires a burning arrow at the Right any of them have or assume, Turnbull included, to make ANY CRITICISM or even comment about how Australia's governments should be administered. For as will become frighteningly, stark-raving-CLEAR in the coming decades, if not years, the dangerously flawed, myopic AND DELUDED policies and ideologies of that elite club of spoiled and spell-bound brats have helped not only Australia but HUMANITY speed-on-regardless...., to our collective DOOM!
So! The current Rudd Labor government, while undoubtedly hand-tied by global forces, such as the seriously dated International Monetary Fund (IMF), the World Bank, the Bunk of England and Buck Palace etc., would be doing the world a big favor by ignoring any objections to their attempts to save what's left of our economy, and our Land, objections put so eloquently by the current Liberal/National drOpposition, and just, with Justice at the forefront of ALL their Policies, "Go fearlessly forward, hand-in-hand with the USA's Obama Administration, and any others who want to save the world, (can Eurape heed and Truthfully, that-is Justly, answer the Call? I don't think so...?) and do the Scientific, Environmental and Economic Work we all so desperately have to have.
As the global economic crisis has brought many nation's governments to take control of their big banking failures, thus now have a serious "share" in how their nations' largest assets, principally their Land, that-is "THE PEOPLE'S LAND!" are managed, bought, sold, used and wasted, is it possible that this thing called "Good Wise and Economic Government" could Arise henceforth?
As we all know, I wuz championing the Causes of both Australia's ALP in Canberra and the Democrats in Washingmachinetown USA, in our two last elections.
In my business, I think that a positive attitude is imperative, no matter that I myself feel "we've blown it!" as Worthy Tenants of the Planet. But, of the government's our two nations have had over the past hundred-perhaps-two-hundred years, the two, Obama's in the US and Rudd's in Australia, now in the Chair, are the most inspiring we've seen, the most Intelligent, and the most in touch.
So to my mind, Americans and Australians should get behind them ASAP and as much as they can, to ensure the two Administrations are supported toward the fullest Green and Economically Just national policies on Earth.
I say they should not fear the coming backlash from guilt-ridden Britain and Eurape, in terms of the BIGBIGREALLYBIG Issues of-and-around Land, Taxation and banking Reform, whereby ALL of the Nation's Land is Nationalised, and People are at last freed to get-on with Living an Honourable Life.
For as we witness in Eurape and Britain, as well as elsewhere in the economically afflicted and terminally corrupt world, disgruntled and often guilt-ridden Peoples are moving back to a conservative, protectionist, aggressive, nationalist, over-policing self-centred style of government.
I reckon this is, as in Britain, France, Germany, et al, because they are coming to see that their "way of life" is being challenged and threatened by those Peoples elswhere on the globe who are coming together to reject the Brit-Euro-centric view of the world. That view that the world is theirs to plunder and rape. That view which demands that they are the most intelligent, most Noble, most advanced, most superior, etc etc etc and oh what a load of mentally-ill shit you speak, Eurape!

But I think most REALThinkers today are close to well-aware of what we all face if we stay spread on our fatcells and quarter-acre blocks and wait for a frigging messiah to FORCE the Reforms upon us.
"Democracy" as it happens...., means government BY the People.
Any Human Being who acts to thwart Progressive Democratic government at this stage in our demise, is worthy only of the tag "TRAITOR TO HUMANITY AND TO THE ONLY PLANET, THE ONLY HABITAT WE HAVE!"
(Progressive Democratic government, to my mind, is a decentralised "Agrarian Socialism".)
This brings-forth the question then: "Should John Howard and all his advisers and cronies be arrested and charged with "Crimes Against Humanity"?
Were I to judge, I'd say "Yessums!"
