out of Iran, about the Swedish Foreign Minister Margot Wallstrom's call for a probe into Israel's “extra-judicial executions” of Palestinians, and her assessment about the world moving away from support of Israel's general hubris, if correct, if accurate, may be signing that we as a species, are moving “law” from the previous “partiality” to the preferred and only true, “Impartiality”?

Maybe?

“Law”, that is “TRUE Law”, is always impartial.

If “laws” are partial, then in truth, they are not “Laws”, but are corruptions.

However, while innumerable legal experts over thousands of years, have known this, and fought tirelessly for that hallowed “impartiality” in laws, they've known too, that this is more the Ideal, than any achievable reality. Then.

“Laws” have (almost) always been constructed by “the winners”, as history has almost always been written by “the victors”, etc.

Monarchs and dictators, tyrants or not, have know that they do have some responsibility toward their own positions, so laws made on their watch are necessarily in their favour, to broadly or not, “acceptable” degrees.

This has been how the species, locally and globally, has developed and evolved, in terms of the expression of “Principles” which are made into “laws”.

In this fast 21C age, connected globally like never in history, all these established and often wise “laws” are up for review, whether the monarchs or dictators or overlords like it or not.

Never before, have we all had to view “life” and our own local, national cultures, and lifestyles from that broadest “global” perspective.

And when we do look, we find, uncomfortably for the spoiledbratwest, and spoiled upper classes of all nations, that many of our happy “traditions” and “traditional” laws, are simply untenable, when tested on the global scales of justice.

Transgressions of Impartial, Perennial _planetary_ Environmental Laws, the biggest toughie most 1^st worlder's struggle to come to terms and comply with.

So too, do these age-old “givens” of local or national laws being found to not be at all acceptable for a greater, more interactive human population.

Israel's crazy and totally unacceptable “laws” and assumed rights wrought from them, about the mass-murder of Palestinians, did once pass scrutiny.

Mainly because “law” was from time immemorial in the hands of most often biased, “partial” lawmaking monarchs and dictating descendants of previous warlords.

Warlords who gained their high chairs from the very same massacring of innocents on land they deemed as good for them to claim, in times when news was rarely spread, facts of atrocities were either censored to dust, or rewritten to – suit the victors.

Each neighboring kingdom or such, was happy to ignore the carnage, as long as the murderers left them alone, or partied with them.

But, like never before, techno-communications have opened up the can of worms, the Pandora's Box perhaps, for all to see, review, ponder and hurt over, when news of an atrocity against innocents breaks.

Righteous commentators and experts weigh the rectitude, legitimacy and implications of a murderous transgression of common Ethical standards (as much as “Ethical standards” ARE “common” today?), and are free and correct to comment and put their points, against the criminals.

It is seen by the more Honorable News Media and publicised, which is online for millions, hundreds of millions, to read, and weight for themselves.

Thence Movements for Righteous Actions begin.

Thence, awry, fanatical regimes like, perhaps, Israoil's, are put under the spotlights and under the microscope of “impartial” legal standards, and aspirations.

So, times DO change!

And now, with all the horror stories and dim prospects for any less warlike future, from the Common Folkses who read these types of articles online, and maybe in mainstream paper dailies, up to nation's politicians, as in Sweden's Foreign Minister, but the myriad others who (he wrote, in unusual optimism) retain those higher hopes and commitments to GOOD Law, as-in IMPARTIAL Law, the ideal of Impartiality in Law, draws ever-closer.

And surely, if ever there is a need for that to become THE Law, it is into the fanatical zionist regimes that it must penetrate?

ENGLISH MUGGERNAUTS Edition

An early Friday morning (Australian Time) view of BBC news reiterated the dramas happening as we eat breaky, on the streets and subways of Englandenenen.

More than 1000 rioters have been arrested by English bobbies-in-bullet-proof-bonnets, in their attempts to quell the wanton looting.

But the item out of the English scenery that motivates my synapses to scream, is the video of the poor, upper-class Malaysian student, we'll call him “Malayan Mohamed of the Mugged” or “Mmotm”, who was captured on CCTV being helped up from sitting on the ground in a subway I think, by a couple of compassionate English Youth, who, once finding that he was OK, robbed him.

BBC news reported that the video of this tragic event went 'viral' on the internet, which seemed to give the BBC reporter's team cause to find out more about Mmotm.

One has to say, “what a waste of BBC time and money!”

Firstly, I gotto say, that it's a safe bet that the reason the CCTV video went viral is purely because those who heard about it wanted to see it so they could have a laugh! People who are naive enough to be genuinely saddened by this minuscule event, would in general not be the kind to want to watch it. Those who would, would quite rightly, think it was funny. Macabre, but funny, non-the-less.

Gladly, most would also be relieved that Mmotm was not seriously injured, or killed, of course, but really...., apart from the event being sardonicly humorous, it is something of an amazing metaphor for what the English (and Eurapeans) have been doing to every other race of people for centuries.

Bashing them, then saying they have come to help them, then robbing them blind.

There's not a nation on earth invaded by British and Eurapean colonialists over the last 519 years (since 1492) which has not been robbed blind.

Let's take Africa for example! Beautiful irony that the first helper for Mmotm was an African/English Bleck Fella.

There's not one nation on the whole African continent which is still TODAY, not suffering the aftermath of British and Eurapean invasion, colonisation and plunder!

And what did the expansionists tell the Africans first-off?

So..., Mmotm, everyone sighs, relaxes in an English hospital with but a broken jaw, and now a reputation which will make him famous beyond every measure of merit, and as likely, an 'expert' on race, or class, or street violence, and a grand welcome once he is flown, no doubt by some corporate media organ milking his trivial non-story for all it's worth, back to his homeland of Malaysia. Oh! Someone's flying mum and dad over to England!

Of course, he could become a comedian? The video, was, after all FUNNY!

It's a sad, sad example of how trifling the day's media are, when it doesn't take a great breadth of knowledge to know that such events occur by the minute on inestimable scales all over the world, and with far worse outcomes than a mere broken jaw of a gentle, foreign upper class student-opportunist.

No offence Mmotm. You know what I mean.

That the BBC and other media have milked this trivial event as much as they have, lowers them to the muck-raking status of ooooh, Rupert Murdoch's News International, and to some of us, proves that the mainstream media of this age are but low-lifes of an anachronistic, demented and evil empire. An empire which might be called “Babylon” by the Rastas? An empire which sits snug and upitself in castles and high-rise corporate offices of Britain and Eurape's bankers and super elites.

But alas! Stock market shares this mornin' are once more, tumbling back down the scale of demented investment and crude profiteering, NO! On the 'up' again...? .....on the back of utterly insane western rape and pillage of the Sacred Mother Eartha, covering some 519 years, some 3,000 years since Rome starting spreading it's virus, some 6,000 years since Adam ate the apple.

GOOD ON YER, EVE!

No-one has any right to condemn the Lads and Lasses of England now 'Acting-Out' their disdain for the British economic and consumer class system.

If none of them are given the airtime to fearlessly speak and elucidate their displeasure, then I will for them.

But, no-one will have the right to force me to deny my Blood, of the Gunai Warrior Peoples of south eastern Australia, A Noble, Wise, Enlightened People, who were slaughtered by OH British invaders over the last 150 or so years.

You, David Cameron, and cousins-in-castles, the Windsors, and the rest of your upclub buddies in Eurape and the USA, can avert an otherwise ultimate doom for all of us, by acting now, for a change, for the first time in many generations, by doing what you have been elected to do, AND GOVERN, not the People, with draconian militia, but the economy, with Just, Righteous, Intelligent, Wise and SPIRITUAL LAWS, of collecting the Land Rent, for Government Revenue!

Simple, Pure, Clean, Sustainable, and for the first time, Wise.

It is symbolic of your cowardice, of your paltry mindset, that you fail to recognise that all of us are equal, and that all of us would be Honest and Good Citizens, were the 'system' the same.

What, therefore, qualities of leadership do you possess, enough to lead the increasingly frightened and frail peoples of the planet, and so, what authority do you have to demand an increase in brute force to quell the People's rage and discontent?

As you, Cameron, and your peers, Clegg, Miliband, and all in Westminster, who skirt around the, THE Issues, underlying today's riotous Youths' behaviour - but lower class expressions at the upper classes more sophisticated so apparently more acceptable, yet clearly, clearly, a far more devastating 'riotous' culture, of high-end games with the lives and resources and lands of THE PEOPLE - as you are so weak in your avoiding THE Issues, it is clear that you are unfit to govern, and that you are weak, thus, may very well be rightly regarded by the majority of your Peoples, as demons?

A demon being one who is not in control of their own thinking and reasoning faculties.

Therefore, the only way Britain's leadership can possibly redeem themselves, is to show Moral Strength, and embrace both your fears, and for the first time for centuries, the helm of the ship of state, before it and all on board are dashed upon the rocks of ultimate disaster.

But perhaps there is another thing you, Cameron, even Elizabeth Windsor and Coy, as well as all in Westminster, and Whitehall overlook, which is that the once horribly Great Britain, still, stands atop of the rest of the world, in what she, the United Kingdom, commands, and has influence over.

Therefore, it is all the more vital that YOU, Britain, GET IT RIGHT, and lead the way, before we are all dragged blind and afeared into which metaphor? An abyss? Over the edge of the flat earth? A sea-storm of proportions we surely will never recover from?

From here, down beneath the storms of northern over-spending, it seems it is already too late, and we are all of us, doomed to drown in the waste of YOUR seductive opulence - a planet spinning out of control, balance and equilibrium lost, perhaps for thousands of years. Perhaps forever.

The Heavens, of which I am sure exist high in the skies beyond this tiny orb, will not remember your kind well, if you cannot muster the Courage, not far different from the Courage those riotous Youth displayed just these passed few days, to rein-in the blatantly out-of-control upper classes and their excessive habits and lifestyles.

Excessive habits and lifestyles that are the very cause which drive the impoverished and callously ignored Youth to smash shop windows and burn cars and curse and curse and curse the coppers, the politicians, the snobs who look down on them, for being exactly the same, but without the stolen wealth your ponses laud!

It is a Truth, that “clothes, maketh not, the Man!” Ask any Australian Aborigine!

It is then clear, that even while many of the Riotous Youth stole garments from fashion shops, they are the REAL Men, and the REAL Women, of Britain, beit that many are yet adults!

And that you, who garb yourselves in high-end vehicles and jewellery and attire, and talk with all the sophistication of wealth and spoiled upbringings, and hide behind utterly corrupt laws and law enforcement agencies, are but miserable and utter failures in the Finest art of becoming Mature and Intelligent Humans, of being the Wise, Strong, Immortals you all so claim to be, each morning in front of your bathroom mirrors.

Clearly, Cameron, your words of force and increasing police and legal restraint against these Youngsters, Youngsters who are as likely to be dragooned into a future military service to fight YOUR wars of over-demand and under-supply, are words which expose your weaknesses and fear, both which make you, AND Miliband and Clegg, et al, as totally unfit to lead the United Kingdom, now but a kingdom of fools, thanks to your elite classes ignorance of the REALPolitik of the times and of the New Day we all, not so long ago, looked forward to, in such as the Popularity and Hope of the First Black President of the United States of America, Barack Obama.

If Westminster cannot rise to the seriousness of the times and of the current and pending crises, and summons the Will and Strength to do what is not easiest and for yourselves most expedient, but what is Right, and arrest the decline by arresting the true culprits, who have for too long so dangerously misguided Britain and Eurape and the rest of the world over the cliff, then STAND ASIDE, and let Anarchy Rule! Let Outlaws Rule! Let the REALPoliticians Rule without fear or favour, that we may for once, be all, ALL, bound by Just and True Laws!

Keep doing as the upper classes have become habituated into doing, and there is no future for any of us.

Hardly a dignified way to lead the nation, or the People, or the planet?

All apparent misogynist denigratory sentences herein are written and meant as parodies of many Australian people's antipathy to our more-than Qualified-to-lead, prime minister Julia Gillard.

I DO NOT hold any misogynistic feelings or attitudes to, for or against Julia Gillard PM. Rather, the misogynist beliefs I have formed, are the result of maltreatment by many other women through my 56 years.

I do, however, remain a sworn misogynist, in-general.

Of course, there are exceptions.....

NOTE 2: I guess I apologise for this prolix, piss-taking entry, and for the excessive language I use to explain my disgust at the political right.

I think the basis of this blog-post, is to assail the appalling lack of ethics, in those who refuse to change their greedy excessive lifestyles, and who say that the carbon tax, etc, will do nothing to reduce the horror that is coming.

This is absolutely pathetic of them, and shows that they are lacking in any Honor, Dignity, Integrity or Intelligence, in their refusal to act in right and proper ways.

Whether there will be a positive result or not, it is only moral and ethical to do whatever we can to at least slow the extent of the damage our errant lifestyles have caused.

There is no excuse for this terrible attitude, and it is all-the-more tragic to myself, that perhaps the worst examples of that mindset are heard in my own country.)

Funny how, as the arguments against a carbon tax on the nation's heaviest polluters are found by more and more people as unsustainable, the points-of-argument against it have shifted from all the hype that they will hit every industry this side of the Milky Way HARD-HARD-VERY HARD, will send every household to the wall, will force pensioners and poor folk into starvation, will prevent dandy-Jack from buying a NE-E-E-E-EW BMW, or Merc, or Jag, or Roller, will send petrol prices into orbit, will make medicines too costly, will make groceries unaffordable, will kill the housing market, will send the unemployment rate UP-UP-UP into another universe, will do every evil thing Diablos himself could possibly cunger/muster/invent and fabricate to babies, schoolies, uni students mums-and-dads, sisters-and-brothers, and even to Liberal voters, they, the idiots with the most tiny habits are now saying that the carbon tax will not stop the impending collapse of the environment?

That such a ROARING admission by the anti-everything-Labor-Greens-and-Thinking-Caring-Standing-Up-Independents opposition, and their supporters, is so blatantly saying, exactly as the right wing psychotically-selfish corporate politicians and Murdoch media and mining executives all round the world are, that

- they, those who oppose, in fact do not give a damn about the future, whatever the predictions are,

- they, those who oppose, are admitting to their undeniably evil selfishness, in their opposition to the federal government, which is trying to consider the children and progeny-yet-unborn by making the most honorable efforts to minimize the pollution-created catastrophe that awaits us all,

- that, “poor-old-me” Murdoch, played the audience like he was touting for an Oscar, saying this was (….pause........) “the most humble day of my life”,

So. The two Murdochs have appeared before the Westminster mob's committee, answering to Marble's shaving cream pudding and the others who doubt their integrity.

By the sliced-down video footage I saw on CNN and ABC news, the dark duo performed perfunctory (casually) and with an alleged 'humility' which might have convinced a few that they were sincere and knew nothing, like Sergeant Schiltz on Hogan's Heroes.

So far, before I view any conclusions from the parliament, or the courts, it's as likely that the Murdochs will pass the tests and will retain ownership and control of many millions of peoples' minds, and many billions of dollars of their earnings and throw-away share purchases.

In the last 24 hours, News International (NI) shares have regained lost ground, up about half of what they fell since the phone-hacking scandal made it to news services and the public.

CNN and ABC reported this by saying that investors see NI as still safe to invest in.

I say it's as likely that pro-Zionist, pro-NI, pro-Murdoch investor cabals have bought up NI shares merely to keep it afloat, and to keep that shady chimera 'confidence' in NI swimming.

But outside the inquiry, an inquiry which the general punter-voter-public cannot take for granted as totally or even slightly impartial, the punter-voter-public, and pretty-much every non-NI media concern, cabal, corporation, but more specifically, their journalists, reporters and editors, are clinging onto a thread of Hope that something substantial will come of this NI-versus-the public's privacy and integrity investigation, and that the unquestionably dubious power and influence that the Murdoch duo have ruthlessly invoked and expressed across the globe into all parliaments, will be curtailed, diminished, brought down.

From the Google news webpage I posted here days ago, which shows the huge number of news articles about NI and this affair, from right around the world, from innumerable media houses, large and small, it is blatantly clear that not only other, non-Murdoch media establishments are intensely interested in this.

But, that they rely on what they predict and come to see as the public's interest, and desire to follow, it may not be exaggeration at all to say that a large majority of the media-watching Human race are watching, in the hope that this quite sinister Murdoch-and-related megalomaniacal cabal is brought to account, is brought out in the open as being responsible for quite unethical crimes against the People, and for that, the majority of us wish-wish-wish that NI and coy will be blown to smithereens.

The other way of saying this is that a majority of Humans want deeply for a return to Ethics, in media, (or for the 1st time) and, as media through the likes of the Murdoch empire, has so much control of this Democratic system of governmentation, in our parliaments.

The flow-on effects from any such Blissful yet-quite-possibly naive outcome, should, speak for itself.

“Justice” would be my word for it. And I could go-on-and-on about Economic Justice, being the Hoped-for result, where power is removed from the higher-end of society, an oligarchic higher-end which sits up there purely because injustice, economic injustice dominates all 'political' conversations and legislation, thus it becomes in their interests to retain the horrendous and real-and-present-dangers of economic and unethical injustice.

So, while the upper end of town, Britain's parliamentarians specifically, are charged with this latest inquiry into Murdoch-and-son's behaviour and level of integrity, hope is being dashed on the rocks of despair for the vast majority of the People.

Because no-one is so stupid to believe that either Murdoch has been totally honorable during their rise to their near-supreme level of control of the world's political processes, through their capturing the minds and beliefs and Souls of their audiences with unbelievable, unethical, biased and bigoted re-written and distorted news-stories.

No-one is so stupid to really believe that any of the upper-end 'estates' from the 4th estate of media, up to where...? monarchy? the priesthood? of the last few thousand years have done what they have for purely Ethical reasons, or anywhere near for 'the good of all'.

Referring as it suits me, to the old black book of Jewish Tora, the Old Testament of Christian belief ('belief': unsubstantiated delusions), the ancient forefathers and progenitors of the modern western peoples fell from that Highest, Purest, Wise place and State of mind with the fabled 'Fall from the Garden of Eden'.

And, it must be said, that the Garden of Eden was, as much 'a state of mind'. A 'state', of the Highest Ethics, of Complete Knowledge, of Purity, at One with the Divine Spirit of All Life.

Exactly, I am convinced, as were the Originals, the Aborigines of Earth, prior to the lost tribes of Israel rampaging out from their territories with their beliefs of being chosen to rule the planet.

So it seems to follow that since then, we, or those ancestors of today's global dominant paradigmic leaders, have been staggering through life, bereft of the Original Wisdom, of the Original Purity of heart-mind-and-Soul.

Surely this can be attested to simply by any of us watching the news.

Tragedy-upon-tragedy. War, chaos, murder, corruption, calamity on personal and national scales, blame, deceit and false claims of honesty.

Everyone knows well that to be wealthy and powerful today requires deceit, and to be extraordinarily (or is it?) selfish.

So who really can possibly believe that the Murdoch duo have been anything but dishonourable and deceitful, and that they knew nothing of the low, completely unethical games deployed by their staffers to gain the readership, the following, thus the influence across their public, thus the power to destroy governments, and Whistle-blowers..., at a whim?

That the two of them can sit in front of a team of similarly unethical parliamentarians and answer their allegedly delving questions about any knowledge of inappropriate actions by their employees, cannot impress any of us, and cannot possibly bolster our feelings of Hope of a truly progressive and thus beneficial result.

And that there is a likelihood that the two of them will walk away scot-free and retain their wealth and influence and power over the democratic processes of government surely destroys hope in us, and as likely threatens to incite a more aggressive response from the average punter.

As one commenter on the Green Left web-news page I read yesserday wrote, “rather than Julian Assange being roped in front of a court on any charges, the Murdochs should be, for their crimes are immensely worse” (paraphrased by me).

This brings me, or us, to assess whether there is any useful purpose in putting the Murdochs in front of a panel of an inquiry?

Surely it is in their interests more than anyone elses to have a tight case, and that they are who they are, where they are, says that long ago, perhaps taught to Rupert by his father Keith, they learned that success in such a ruthless industry, with such power within reach and at play, demands that they cover their arses and bases every step of the way?

So, what realistic chance of a collection of politicians (HAHAHAHA!!!) getting any substantial FACTS from these Murdochs?

Again, I Salute Sean Hoare, the Warrior who took his own life, allegedly, yesterday, after bringing the phone-hackings to police and the public's attention.

He was not a senior editor, not overly-highly-paid to spruke bullshit and scandal against usually unimportant, uninfluential persons.

He was, from my minuscule knowledge of him, an average Joe Citizen, with a Conscience, and, with a grain of Integrity and Honor.

And, from what I seem to have discerned from society, from western society thus far, Integrity and Honor are more likely to surface and be seen, in the Common Peoples, than in any upclub, ambitious, career-focused church-schooled scumbag, who reckons they are licensed to lie-lie-lie to anyone to get more than they really deserve.

Therefore, before this affair and the credibility of the Murdoch cabal is washed asunder by diluted and gutless inquiries, there is a clear need for as 'Classless-Cabal' if I may play with my words, of People from the working classes, from within the NI empire, to Stand and Deliver THE FACTS, which everyone knows are out-there-in-there.

It would be unwise and unproductive for individuals to try this on their own, obviously.

But what chance of Whistle-blowers being able to trust any copper, any other employee, any average Joe who knows that money talks and that a bag full of the shit pretty-much always wins allegiance and silence? Or betrayal?

So where do we turn, to build a Common Defence against the full brigade of upclub, uptop, upemselves arseholes who will choose to side with the oligarchs who control thugs, coppers, and even armies?

I s'pose that we wont have to wait too long anyway, because, as one article on Al Jazeera I read yesserday says, 'Israel plans to start a Hell-of-a-war against Iran later this year, in the northern hemisphere winter'.

Added to that, are many credible and obvious predictions that Eurape and the USA will begin to economically implode in but months from now, which will only cause chaos across those regions and further, to nations which rely on trade to them.

Food shortages are always a good reason to get angry and violent, and that type of activity always accrues into centralised force, thus renegade mini-armies will evolve into being across any nation, region continent where food is short.

That follows into the build-up of ever more-powerful weapons caches, such that wherever food is short, civil wars will rage.

And that doesn't consider similar scenarios born of the need - the perceived need - for fuel, mainly to transport weapons and armies and food and water and not-a-lot-of-luxuries-like-computer-games-and-soft-lounge-chairs, ETCETERA, from their source, to the fort!

So..., do the mass of Humanity stay scared-shitless and wait-wait-wait for Armageddon before they start organising themselves into small armies of outlaws and even less ethical cunts like the upclub Murdoch cabal-type?

Knowing the white mainstream scumsuckers as I do, it would seem so.

But, as I'm doomed to think outside the super-selfish square of my own cuntry, I dream of other Scenarios......

Ethical Scenarios..... Wise Scenarios..... Intelligent Scenarios.....

Maybe, just maybe.... a few NO-SHIT, tough, influential scumsuckers will pick-up on those ideas, those Ideals, those Wise and somewhat Scientific Concepts of a Safe, Secure, Perennial Culture and Village Community Fortress, and take their Band of Gypsies, (replete with every Jimi Hendrix album ever made), and Peacefully Negotiate an Agreement with the True Owners of Country, and start again?
