JUST DEFIANCE Call For Litigation Against The Planet's Climate
Change Culprits Edition
Stopped
going to Google+ “Conversations”. Too many trivia dicks, asking
shallow dumb, “please reply to ME” questions and positing
supposedly thought-out ideas.
But
it's Fridee night, I'm off the grog, while a burn heals, and what
else does an exile do?
So
I's hits the G+ and there's the young Jackson Goldstein asking
difficult questions about why he's gonna be the only guy left on
earth in 40 years.
He
plugs a video, so I don't watch it, get the gist of his freak-on, and
take the chance to write what was on my mind for the last 8 or 10
hours.
WHOSE
GONNA COMPENSATE THE WORLD FOR FUCKING EVERYTHING???
And
here it came and went, and is....

This
is solid evidence that global warming is real. We need to slow these
emissions. It may only buy us 20 or 30 years, but that is plenty of
time to adapt and start reducing greenhouse gasses. I do not want to
be dead by 2050.

Right
wing corporate types, in industry and politics deny climate change is
occurring, and deny also, or primarily, that we humans, and our
excessive industrialization, and ill-considered abuses of resources,
to produce the carbon and other pollutants, which both pollute and
heat things, denying they are having any significant effect on
the heating up of the planet's atmosphere and oceans, etc.,
generally.
One
doesn't have to go to the heaviest industrial zones to witness 1st
hand the pollution, to do the maths, and add these types of massive
regions as distributed around the earth now, to figure out that
cumulatively, there cannot not be an adverse effect to the
temperature and biological balances of the planet.
Temperature and biological balances of the planet which have evolved over 6 billion years to the way they've settled - until especially, the industrial revolution from the 18th century on.
There can be no doubt that we're responsible for the changes, be they warmer or colder changes.
The reason the aforementioned corporate industrial and political types do NOT want to accept that we humans are killing the planet's magnificent ecological balance, is because they have as well, done their sums.
Being business minded people, they know to look ahead, to see the effects of their industry.
Not for any wisdom-based knowledge, or for any benevolent reasons.
Corporations only want to know whether they will become liable for costs of damages, and reparations, and - dadadadaaaah - compensation!!!
They
have looked ahead - and they have come to realize that once “manmade
climate change” is accepted as fact, soon enough, the lawyers will
step in, and begin looking to define which - and who - the most
damaging industries, corporations, and thus, company owners, CEOs,
dynastic families, etc etc are most liable.
This
is primarily why the right wing corporate types have been flooding
the media and pseudo scientific studies with bullshit propaganda
suggesting that climate change is not happening, and denying it is
happening, but more, that we humans, thus the industry leaders, OVER
THE LAST 300 YEARS, the International Monetary Fund, the IMF on the
very top of all industry lists, covering the last 300 years, will be
asked to answer for their insane behavior of the last 2 or 3
centuries.
We
will find wars starting - by them - to keep the focus off their
industrial insanity.
I
think it will only ever be an hypothetical, of having the leading,
largest, oldest industries and their dynastic families who've been
profiting and driving all manner of mad utterly careless polluting
industries since the first Scottish woolen mills in the 18th century,
which began the industrial revolution, taken to court, and found
guilty of “planet-cide”, or of FUCKING EVERYTHING on earth,
perhaps, eventually, say in the next 100 years, then, forever.
Were
litigation to get beyond the hypothetical, and actually be put to the
courts, the wealthiest CRAPitalists, would be taken down, perhaps, if
we had the world's Best lawyers on the cases, for trillions.
Impossible,
but try to imagine a CLASS ACTION, by the 99% of humanity, against
the proverbial “1%” for compensation for the destruction of our
home - PLANET?
